Im not a big fan of giving 1 stars, but hello worst vapes I have ever tried..2 failures... They not real helpful, if you don't know they just going to sell you whatever they haven't sold and if broken they are like oh well. Got one on july 4th, it stopped working within 3 days with 75 percent juice, stopped by after hurricane and they were like we can't help you. Came here a week ago and purchased a vape that went out within 2 days although it claimed to be a 40k vape. So I got it exchanged for a vape of equal value a north stellar. And the same thing happened within 4 days. I would have to smoke in my sleep to hit 25-40k puffs. And now they won't exchange since it took over 24 hours to notify. Although since I was not familiar with this vape I thought the bar light indicating usage was for charging status and when I noticed it was totally depleted the flavor was chalky and non existent. These are young kids with no customer service training, very rude, and was not worth my visit to the store.. using racial slurs in a state that has all kinds of cultures and ethnicities. So I called ahead to make sure they had the product that I was looking for. They assured me they had the product so I left work early. Drove 35 minutes out of my way got here and then they don't have it. They also don't have 21, 700 batteries at a vape store so that's strange. read more

Steer clear of this place!!! If I could give it zero stars I would. I found vapor city yesterday and was amazed with the selection. The product I picked tasted great and I was excited I had a new place to shop. Next day I noticed it's started tasting burnt. I went back up there to exchange it it had been 2 hrs over their 24hr exchange period and they could do nothing. So I took the loss and bought another one. When I got home and opened the new one I noticed when you puff on it it keeps burning for about 10 seconds after you stop. That explains the first one burning out so I checked the first one and when you puffed on it, it would not stop burning until you blow back into the mouth peace. So I brought it back up there and told them that this batch must be defective. They still would not do anything about the first one I bought even though I proved both were doing the same thing. They wouldn't return the one (even though it was bought 2 hrs prior and proved faulty) so I had to exchange it so I wanted a different brand because I didn't want to drive up there a 4th time. The most comparable one I chose was about 7 dollars cheaper and they wouldn't return the difference. I had them call the district manager and I spoke to him. The guy couldn't grasp the concept at all and said I should actually be owing them money...hands down one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a vape shop. This is not a good business. Don't waste your money here. Update: the third (new) brand product was even worse than the other ones. It's will just randomly fire up and burn when it's just sitting on the table. read more

Completely horrible experience. I went in to buy a pod and some juice. The pod the lady sold me didn't work with my Nord and the juice was $35. All together it was $47. She wouldn't return it even though I never even left the store. I had to settle for an exchange for like $35 worth of product. Tell me how this is fair? This place is a complete joke and they don't care about their customers at all. The lady then went on to tell me how difficult I was because I had particular flavors I like. I have been in customer service for over 30 years and this is definitely not how to take of your customers. Steer clear of this place unless you like being ripped off!!! read more

The selection of juice is great. Staff has always been friendly and able to answer any questions you may have. Stopped in last week to get two bottles of juice. There was a new staff member in training that inadvertently gave me a juice with "freeze" instead of just the regular juice. I also did not notice until my previous bottle was empty and I opened a new one. Took the bottles to the store and was told due to Covid they could not accept a return/exchange. Only offered 50% off another purchase. Very disappointed. Now I have paid $80 for two bottles that I will never use. Manager did not want to make an employee error correct. Will order online from now on and probably get a better price. read more

I went in to the vape city on Pearland Parkway and was talked into buying a different, more expensive delta 8 pen then what i'm used too. AFTER purchasing I was told that if it did not hit to blow through the bottom, which I did. Instead of if working, it blew the juice out of the top and i ended up burning my hand and mouth in multiple different places. I went back in and they did give me a new one which was even worse! I had spoke to someone on the phone who said I could again come exchange it but after driving from the other side of Pearland to vape city for the 3rd time the guy couldn't find me in the system and sent me away! Being a full time college student who works part time I don't have 45$ to just throw away like that! The staff seems super uneducated with their systems and knowledge of what they are selling! I have been a loyal costumer to Vape City for a while now but won't be back considering they couldn't make the situation right. read more
