I mean they def have a good/big selection & i like that they're open like 24/7 i wanna say or atleast in some places, maybe all...but the dude seemed sooooo bothered to be helping me. Like i got maybe 5 diff things & after every single one he tried to walk back to the register & id be like.."um so sorry but what's the difference btwn this one & this one, like why is one $20 more.." or smthin like that lol just an example & he just acted soooo annoyed & like he was tryna get me to get the first one i grabbed or asked for of every item. Guess they don't work off commission or something. I mean id be shocked if they did w how he treated me. But like i said, other than that...good selection...maybe not best quality stuff (well just don't pick the cheap option of w/e u get like i did). Already going to get a new scale bc just eh. & Starbucks hiding can broke pretty easily, not all the way but the top was flimsy. Oh! & i realized later the can had a freakin $9.99 sticker on it & he charged me $20 on receipt!! Mannnn i worked at a smoke shop before...he knew what he was doing. Shady. read more

Been supporting vape city since they moved into the neighborhood. I buy with out even setting up an account for rewards. I'm good business. Yesterday I went to pick up a 100pk of dab mops and the price was set at 19.99, I asked if he could text the manager to verify due to an item costing 6.99 everywhere but vape city had it @ 19.99. The manager said that was the price so I kindly declined my whole order and left. I'll just stick to Amazon until I can find a shop close by with better service. I know vape city has some 5 star reviews but I'm gonna chalk that up to the 20% discount that give you for leaving a review. read more

I have been going to this place for a year now and it was really good at first and I don't know if it's that now I'm a regular so now decent customer service doesn't matter anymore or what because I go in every 3-4 days ( yes I have a vaping problem and yes I know vaping isn't good but that's not important at the moment) for the same thing (2 black dragon ice eco bar vapes) and ya know sometimes with escobars there's not enough juice or the coil is burnt or it's just defective and stops working and I understand that but I expect to at least have the opportunity to exchange for one that works and I have always been able to until today!! I went in to exchange and like I said I'm there so often the one time I was now able to show a receipt because my husband purchased them with cash and lost it and the kid behind the counter said he would look for it in the system barely looked I watched him and when I asked if he could speak to the gentleman I spoke to on the phone earlier and I begged please because we already spent money on them and one wouldn't hit at all and the other one was so burnt it was consistently smoking so my husband and I both have to suffer the sad thing is I really enjoyed the short commute and 24 hour service but now ima just have to go else where because my throat is killing me for smoking this crap. read more
