I stopped by last week to purchase some e-liquid for my mod and unfortunately can't say I'll be returning again. The employee on shift at the time seemed to be irritated just by me being there asking for a good alternative to what I went in hoping to find ( I was the only customer there). They proceeded to pressure me two buy two bottles of juice that were larger and considerably more expensive than the single one I was looking for, and when I told them I didn't want to commit to two large bottles of a brand and flavor I had never even tried they belittled me for being indecisive and accused me of being frivolous with my money. Which I think is pretty ironic, because I was literally trying to spend half as much as they told me to. If you are ever considering pulling in to their parking lot I suggest you keep driving. read more

it wasn't what I expected and kind of disappointed because I was looking for a specific juice for vape. I was looking for something more taste of nicotine flavor than fruit tasting. I was looking for one that is similiar to Juul juice, specifically menthol and strong. 6m. This juice was picked and laughed at it which it is so not my style. Sorry dude, you have a wrong idea about me. maybe it is your preference, I guess. oh it is fruit flavored... It was nice of him to gave me a discount. So I tried it and hate it so much to feel sick from it after 2 puffs. So I googled and found one that is similar to JUUL. Naked Menthol. I went to buy one from one that is closer to my home. I highly recommend Vape Craft. I have to say my experience and the help I received from Amanda today was awesome. I never go into vape stores without my husband or son because I have little knowledge about all the different types there are out there. I broke the tank of my old all in one vape that was discontinued and almost impossible to find parts for. So I am intimidated because I sound like a fool when I ask silly questions. Amanda sincerely went out of her way to help me in every way to find something that would be the right fit for me. She sincerely wanted to hear what I liked and needed without making me feel silly or a pain in her rear. She did not push or up sell me with something I don't need. I used to really like this place and they have great prices on some brands of juice, but they've gone downhill. Their mod and accessory prices are outrageous compared to some of their local competitors. I would still go there because of the staff knowledge (that staff member is no longer there) and juice prices. Many of their prices are between 30-50% more than online but I would still buy mods upon mods (7 or 8 in total from this location) as well as dozens of coils, bottles of juice, CBD, Kratom etc etc etc. I wanted to help a local business so I would never purchase anything online and always purchase from them. As a thanks, they would typically give me about a 10-20% discount, which is still much more expensive than ordering online. Not that I expect anything for free but that small token of appreciation they showed me since I always supported them is what kept me coming back. I had to get a new tank (which was 33% more expensive than I can get it online), coils, juice etc. I asked about the discount and was told they couldn't do that anymore and that's why the last couple of employees were fired. I have spent thousands of dollars there since they opened and I hate to say it, but they lost me as a customer. I also have referred many people there so they aren't only losing my businesses but they are losing business from any future referrals I would have sent their way and losing business from all of my past referrals. You can bet I will tell all of my friends to stay away! read more
