I have waited three months, went back I asked that I want my credit credited. Can only give store credit bc I waited too long! Their fault, not mine. Then have to come back and see mgr. WTH? No replacement and no credit. Terrible customer service.

The ejuice selection is huge, and they carry many different brands. The manager was really cool, and built me the first dripper free (of course I had to pay for the part). The only draw back is the prices are a little on the high side, but they do offer specials from time to time. The store itself is bright inside, as opposed to some other area vape shops where they offer dim lighting. Though, I'm not really going there for the aesthetics. Just thought I mention it as an FYI. The other issue I had was the MOD they sold me broke after a couple of months. They did replace the MOD free of charge, and can't complain about that. Second, the service I've experience at this store is completely beyond all expectations and i think should be the standard for any business. They give expert advice, but most importantly, honest advice. They tell you if a product is subpar. They tell you if you could save money by going with a cheaper brand, or if you should spend a little more for a far superior one. The rewards program is always totally worth it and actually lucrative for both the business and customers.
