Parking is large and plenty, but the road on Cherry to get in and out is scary with 405 off ramp leading out RIGHT THERE, especially at night. Great deals and promos for my first and second visit. First visit was good, but service on second visit was terrible. The young man "helping" me seemed distracted and didn't real have much interest in helping me. When I asked questions his answers were short and seemed like he was annoyed. He was reluctant to help me. I took the hint and made a quick purchase so I could leave and stop ruining this guy's day. I had planned to make a large purchase for my second visit since there was a great promo, but decided to purchase one time and get out since I felt unwelcome. I went to a different catalyst location after that.
