As I left work I decided to stop by and grab my cones from this location instead of driving all the…read moreway back out here the door was locked when I walked up however the girl with a key was coming up behind me she did just buy her lunch but was on her phone and never once even acted like she seen me but whatever I go in behind her ask for what I want she is very rude and she is still on the phone and has still said no words to me outside of is this it I proceeded to then ask for the managers name and number and her name she told me it would be on my receipt but then as I went to grab the things I was purchasing with my money sitting on the counter she snatched the product and refused to allow me to buy it so I tried to send my daughter in as she hurried up to lock the door so we waited for her to finish her lunch cuz that's what she kept saying but another customer pulled up so my daughter walked up with the other customer as she let her in she straight up denyed my daughter so my daughter also asked for the manager and the girl really kicked her shoes off asking my daughter if she wanted them problems because she did but my daughter told her to come to the parking lot and then the girl backed down and just kept saying do sum do sum do sum as she was holding on the door she was being extra trying to get my daughter out of character and swing on her in the store so she could then call the cops thank god my daughter was dumb but that bitch really tried to hit my daughter with door and everything I also just found out that we are the ones that got banned from this location due to the girl who started it all look at the cameras it would tell it all I also work customer service and would NEVER have treated my customers as such!!
