There are so many Vape stores anymore, what sets one above another is customer service. I initially reviewed this store positively when I first discovered it but after multiple subsequent visits I discovered it was all hype. This store's management misses the boat for attracting repeat customers. They talk big but if you have a problem they will rather lose you as a customer than take the high road to make sure you leave happy. To quote the owner "we don't put any stock in Yelp reviews"! I wanted to exchange a device I had trouble with from day one. I would happily spent many more dollars if they had accommodated me for this purchase I had made 15 days ago but their position was no exchange, no refund after 14 days. This was my first experience with e-cigs they sold me so much useless crap I kept coming back to replace, buy or question. 2 dead batteries each failed within a week. Bought a new tank for $50 found it elsewhere for $29. Bought a tank, got home to try it and the mouthpiece didn't fit. I was told that is how they are made, no refunds! Their solution buy a new mouthpiece for $10. Customer service horrible, prices are 50% higher than my new store. They have a drill press, but they charge $5 to drill a hole on the item you just purchased! Stay away!! read more

I've been here a few times. I bought a mechanical mod that was defective and they wouldn't even exchange it. Then I've gone to buy a box mod and they try to shift your attention to a more expensive unit. I won't be going back. They also try to pass off clone equiptment as authentic, at higher prices! I have made several purchases here. They have a good selection of juice and a large choice of dods ranging from beginner/entry level up to build it yourself. They have a selection of many different build materials, and they even have a drill press if your interested in modifying your tanks. The staff seemed very knowledgeable and friendly. BEWARE!! Bought a starter kit for 79.99 plus tax, and asked about there return policy. I was told that I had 48 hours for returns (unused, unopened) . At that time, I thought, Wow, that really not a lot of time, but,,whatever s its there policy. Anyhow, took it home and was told by a friend that I could get it cheaper online, so I went back the next day to return it. I was then told that I could NOT return it. I work with a number of these stores. This one has a big selection and a nice-looking store, I'd go a four on that, but when it comes to customer service, I'd say a 1. If you know what you want and go in and buy it, (at a little higher than average prices), like when you want a snack at 7-11, then they're fine. If you want service, to be waited on, an education on how it works, and how to take care of your unit and make it last, then the stores in Port Orchard are much better and better priced. read more

I've made many purchases here and after shopping around I'd say they are decent. Their prices are out of this world expensive compared to online and other vape shops in Bremerton. They do have a good selection of juice and have a good choice of batteries and tanks, but I would highly suggest shopping around before being a loyal customer here. Bought a vape from here when they first opened up! Had problem after problem with horrible customer service! Decided to try the vape thing again since they seemed to have come out with better vapors. Went to house of vape had great customer service only I needed a higher strength nicotine juice and they didn't carry it, so I decided it was just juice and went into vape n smoke I bought to 16 mil of juice got home and realized they guy behind the counter have me zero mil. I went into the store because I wanted to check out their dry herb vape modules. I was shown several modules and talked to the lady for almost 45 minutes on the ones they had. I settled with a mid-range module the lady said was her favorite. She said she had bought several and recommends it for everyone. I was not shown how to actually "take a hit" off the unit in the store. I was not told they do not have a return policy either. I went home loaded the unit and gave myself a tension headache trying to draw air/smoke through the unit. I thought it was just me being new at this. I had my Son-in-law try it and he has the same problem. I took the unit back in to the shop and expressed my concerns about the airflow. The gal "Jerry" I think was not there. One of the guys and I think maybe even the owner tried to help me. Still no air flow. Jerry came in and well she did not even remember selling me the unit. She also treated me like I was stupid. She says the unit is working and preforming as it should. Even though it was now even harder to pull air into the unit then before they touched it. After spending $70.00 on this I am very unhappy. I have a piece of garbage that I can not use as intended. So due to not enough airflow through the chamber I can't actually smoke anything! I do not recommend this shop for any herb smoking units. They do not know what they are doing. More added - I want to point out that on further inspection of the unit I bought my son in law noticed several things. 1. the design is flawed for airflow. The air holes/grooves do not permit airflow. 2. the battery the woman sold me needed to be all the way on high and is still somewhat under powered for what I was buying. I've made about 4 trips to this store. They helped me get started with e-cigs. They seemed to be knowledgeable about the merchandise, but I kept noticing little things. They told me there would be an instruction manual with my e-cig and there wasn't. I had to look up on the internet how to work it. They told me that I "couldn't go wrong" with this discontinued liquid I bought there. The liquid, as it turns out, does not vaporize. There's a no return policy. The customer service is a bit strange. They say that it's a "hobby" if you ask them what their interest is in it, but they vape constantly in the store. I realize that you have to advertise the product, but it seems a bit unprofessional. Bartenders don't drink on the job. I'm writing this review to spare you the trouble. In the past two months I've come in both for new mods and lots of juice, and have had nothing but GREAT experience with this shop: friendly, knowledgeable, and really helpful staff, free taste samples (though the FDA may stop that soon), and a huge selection of liquids. Stay away from this store. This particular store has no problem screwing over their regular customers. Yesterday I went in looking for a new tank to run on a 100 watt box mod. One of the employees talked me into buying a smok tank which I was happy with. However that very night the tank leaked. So I came back the very next day to return it and they told me they had a no return policy on tanks, I asked why simply because it was a faulty product and they told me once your mouth contacts it they can't resell it. Which is ridiculous because it ended up being a faulty product. After this I wanted to at least return the unopened 5 pack of coils for this tank or swap them out for a 5 pack of arctic coils so I could at least vape in the mean time with my other tank. But no they don't let you return coils either. I'm warning everyone STAY AWAY from vape n smoke. Take your business elsewhere where people actually care about their customers. I would suggest vape on the beach or vapor it. Speaking of which "vape on the beach" was willing to fix that same tank and now it works fine. This store looks good when you walk in, but after that it is all downhill. They are way over priced and the service stinks. They sold us a tip that didn't fit our tank, despite a very specific question about our tank model and assurances that it would fit. When we took it back to try to exchange it they wouldn't help at all. It's a $12 part, certainly not going to break the bank in the interest of customer service! The good news is that just a block down the street is smokers choice. It is also a vape only shop. They have over 400 flavors and every person that works there has been friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Their prices are better than most other stores too. Within a few months it quit working and when I contacted PLOOM about warranty service I was told I was sold a "COUNTERFEIT" product and they strongly recommend I pursue a full refund. Not where I'd go to purchase GOOD vape products. First I'll admit, there's a huge selection in ejuice and vaporizers. Lots of the juices I've tried have been good, very good actually. Everything else id discourage you to buy. Both batteries and tanks I've bought have broken or gotten stuck in not even a week. This place shouldn't even be in business!!! Prices are ridiculous! They say they have the biggest selection of juice in Kitsap county. New Way Vape & Lounge in Port Orchard has way bigger selection. The staff will greet you when walking in and out of the store but besides that, they act like they're the best, know everything and show by their reaction the just don't care. Went in today to purchase the Vaporesso Target ceramic cCell tank just to try out the ceramic coil and was talked in to purchasing a Triton tank instead that the coil also fitted. Got all the way home in Port Orchard and the coil wouldn't fire anymore. Kept saying temp protection. Went back for a second time and they even confirmed it wouldn't fire. They put in a normal atomizer and it worked fine. Told them that was not why I came there. They new I was there to try out the ceramic coil and I only bought another tank because it didn't work in my TFV-4 tank. They tried blaming it on my mod when it was the faulty tank they sold me. Told them I wanted a refund and they told me they don't do refunds on tanks and made sure I new they didn't care. Told them I wouldn't ever be back and all they said was okay. Then they didn't give back the box for the new tank which contained two more atomizers and now I have to go back for a third time. There are multiple vape shops in Bremerton and at least 3 or 4 on Kitsap Way that I know of. Been in everyone and have had no problems. These guys need to be investigated or something for selling bunk equipment. I've never had this problem before and feel sorry for anyone that goes in there and purchases anything from them.
