Never shop here. This place has an absolute no returns policy, regardless if it's defective, or unused because they gave you the wrong product Just hours ago. The management stands by their ridiculous policy and wouldn't even allow exchanges. in fact, they seem rather proud of it. people think this place is fine until they have problems with the product. The nazi like attitude from the young lady, who claimed to be the manager was very refreshing. She accused me of using it, pointing to its new, pristine condition. She said there were stains on the atomizer, which were not visible. Then she pointed to the additional stains on the box, which were also not visible. Then, she said she had sold this numerous times to puffco peak owners without issue, further supporting her theory that I was trying to pull a fast one. I pointed out: The atomizer for the puffco peak pro does not fit the regular peak, and thus could not have been used. The threads are different size. The owner sold me the wrong part, which admittedly says "peak", not "peak pro". Honest mistake, right? Response: Wrong. all sales are final. no exchanges for scammers like me. MSRP is $40. They charge $45 And force you to keep it. A simple look at the pictures on the box is all it requires. Treating your customers like they're criminals is wrong, especially after charging 10% over MSRP. This place is simply ripping people off. It is a convenient location, but this place is worth avoiding. Don't support businesses like this. Smoke shops business model is sketchy to begin with. Add the price gouging to the formula and you have next level shadiness. This chick with a scar on her lip, who claims to be the manager, is straight up delusional. it's a simple exchange. I came in here for the first time about a month ago after getting tired of driving to Auburn to find quality Kratom, and this store has a great quality, and priced bulk Kratom supply (plus a large variety of pre-packaged brands/strains). They are very knowledgeable, and I even tried a new white strain I hadn't heard about. I also tried my normal strains. I started off with 25g of each, and wow, the quality was sooo much better than the pre-packaged brand I had been using for over a year. After leaving the shop I started kicking myself for not going in sooner. Friendly, knowledgeable, great taste, great selection and very understanding of a minor card issue. The only other time I've had a personal experience like that was at the very small shop in my hometown. I live about a 20-30 mins drive away from this shop and a 10 min walk from my nearest. My experience with this shop was great! Eli (I think that's what his name is, if I recall) was very professional, friendly and professional in helping me get my new vape that I was replacing at the time, got really good brand battery that has been lasting me for the last couple to few days and even recommended many e-juices to me that would save me if I bought a 60mg bottle that would cost me $35 comparative to a 30mg that would be $25 or $30! The place was really quiet and very clean which is very good for when you walk-in for a first appearance. Overall, I would very much recommend this place for vape mod, e-juice and other needs! Worst service I've ever seen in state. Disgusting customer service. Actually lack of any service + discrimination without any reason! Don't waste your time on this shop, choose any other location and you'll get better service. Yesterday we came to this store, and I didn't have the ID BUT MY FRIEND had it. I told to salesman that I'm leaving the store, but my friend will to buy tobacco by himself because he has all documents! he refused to sell to any of us because I have no document. According to his inexplicable logic, in this case, this employee should have refused absolutely all the other people who were nearby in the store. since he did not do this, seller named - Joseph DISCRIMINATED THE STORE VISITORS, CUSTOMERS and frankly behaved boorishly with the person while at the workplace. Later, my friend said that he was the same seller accused him of allegedly trying to pay for a purchase with counterfeit money, which is simply humiliating. I bought a piece here probably a year ago and got attachment pieces for greens and oil....they gave me wrong sizing for my piece they sold me in there store.....because of their return policy I couldn't return it because I used it....but it pretty much wasn't the right size and burned my dabs....and dabs are expensive....so I had to go back and get the wrong piece again but I didn't open my new oil piece a year later to find out....I called them and of course they couldn't do anything, because I used the piece...and the only way they can see is if I bring in the piece...but that's the thing I bought it In this store and 2ce was given wrong sizes...and of course came out of my pocket not their employees who gave me wrong items both time...$400-$500 later I have one piece that works which is the original attatchment that came with my Piece...I didn't like how the lady on the phone was talking to me, when I legit spent so much money and their employees are not educated enough on their own products to keep selling customers wrong items when they cannot be returned once used.....def not coming back here, especially with such a unfair return policy that costs me way more than it should have. Benefit to the smoke shop for sure, making more money but unhappy customer that spent money on useless things I didn't need and wasted products on top of that...not to mention more of the pricy smoke shops around? Recently I bought a disposable vape here for$22 that only worked for a few hours. It had a transparent tank, so you could see that it was still full of juice. I bought it late on a Friday evening and then worked the entire weekend solid. I am an avid vaper who is active with CASAA, and I work tirelessly trying to convert smokers from combustible Co and I fight constantly for vaper's rights, so I spend an exorbitant amt of $ at this store. I also send a large amt of new customers to this particular store. I've been a loyal customer for nearly 5 yrs and I have spent multiple thousands of dollars over the yrs here... Consistent, steady, loyal business. Yet even tho I showed the employee how the light would come on, but no Vapor would come out and that it was still dull if few, he refused to care or to agree to apply my$22 towards another purchase. I'm just dumbfounded that in today's economy that a small business would rather lose a loyal customer than do the right thing... And all over & $22.Not only is it bad business, it's just downright stupidity. from now on I will go to XHale Vapor, & that is also where I will send the constant stream of new customers, henceforth. Don't bother shopping here. They don't stand behind defective products. Bought a mod here which worked for two days and when I went back to the store and told them this unit had leaking issues and cool issues they said "all sales final." How can you not swap defective merchandise? I even asked for a store credit and they said no, then point to the "all sales final" store policy. I understand if it was vape fluid or something like that, but this mod was defective. If you don't stand behind your products and stand behind your customers, that is not a policy for a business. Going in, they have tons of juices, tanks, coils, you name it. This review is for David and his amazing service! He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Not even great "for a vape shop" but simply great over all. It's a super clean smoke shop and it even smells nice which is refreshingly new! I only smoke the old school hookahs and Brice was very knowledgable about the different shisha brands and flavors. They have a great selection of good quality shishas which I'm very excited about! He was so impressive that I'm actually writing this review in my car the very second I left the store. Has a good selection and clean store but bad prices and worse customer service. 10% more expensive than any other vape shop I've been to, frequently "forget" to restock popular/ordered items, wait times in excess of 10 minutes just to be spoken to, mislabeled products (given me wrong coils more than once), the list goes on. The shopkeepers are disinterested in general, and the one short blonde kid (Tucker I think) is outright rude, and made me feel stupid for asking questions about NEW products. This place has gotten pretty bad - I used to like coming here, since it's near my work, but it really needs better staff and pricing. Wish there were a local alternative. read more

amazing smoke shop. One of the best ones I've been to. The workers here are very nice and cool. They have great vape flavers some of the best I've ever had. They have the most beautiful and decritve hookahs and a large veriaty of shisha flavors. They have everything, and if your a cannabis smoker they have a very large veriaty of bongs, bubblers, pipes and oil rigs in an assortment of colors. If you havnt been to this smoke shop I definitely recommend going. so I wrote this review a while ago, and recently I started smoking cigars. so here is a small update. hotbox smoke shop has a long verity of cigars ranging in price and flavor. they keep them nice and fresh, and store them in what looks like large humidor/temperature controlled cases. the cigars they carry, and I can tell they did there research on are amazing in flavor I guess it all depends on opinion but 7$ you can grab a tasty hand and if you stop buy hotbox smoke shop, you should take a look at there exceptional selection. there is one more thing, when it comes to cigars the workers there don't know alot about them. don't get me wrong the workers there are very kind, I've been complemented and kindly greeted every time I walk in there and I always get the best of help, but it would be great if they had a little more knowledge on the cigars they offer. however I've been a regular here for about a year or two now and I'd like to see to it in the future that maybe they could help me find a good cigar.
