The seller claimed that I must have dropped the item in water, which is completely false. The item was never exposed to water or physical damage. Despite the product being defective, the seller refused to replace it. I also spoke with their customer service by phone, and the only solution they offered was a $10 refund, which I do not consider acceptable for a defective product. Because the merchant refused to properly resolve the issue, I contacted the payment processing company to dispute the transaction and request a refund. This experience has been very disappointing. The product I purchased from this brand did not work properly, and based on my experience, I would not purchase from them again anymore!

He invested a good 510 minutes into trying to figure out what is going on what is wrong with it? Investing curiosity to find a solution so that should not found and I said it's all good brother. I'll just get a new one such good vibes. Spent another 1015 minutes just looking over some of the shops amazing merchandise as we were chatting exchange stories and educating me on some of the newer technology. Dylan is definitely a vital aspect of the shops success. He took extremely good care of me and I'm so grateful for that. It's a little things that will keep me coming back for anything possible I need in the future. The shop itself was extremely clean. Well organized and noticing the inviting couch with a nice electric guitar next to it looks like an invitation to kick back and chill and hang out if ever desired. Instead of greeting us or offering assistance when he finally came out, the guy behind the counter immediately spoke to us in a condescending, rude tone, like we were children who had done something wrong. There was absolutely no reason for his attitude. We were simply trying to shop, and instead we were treated with disrespect from the moment he approached us. Customer service should never make people feel belittled or unwelcome, especially when they were left without any help to begin with. If you value being treated with basic courtesy and respect, I would recommend taking your business elsewhere. My mom and I will definitely never be back.
