Came in with my husband and immediately knew we would purchase his vape at this shop scooter behind the counter was very knowledgeable and helped us with everything we needed! Came in two days later and the girl behind the counter was very rude didn't seem to care about her job and just wanted to watch her tv show. When she gave me my product I realized the bottle she gave me had been open when I got home and had to go back to return it she asked if I dropped it?! She reluctantly took the bottle back and gave me a new one in a different flavor which was also opened when I inspected it before I left the shop. With great attitude and sas she has now made me dislike this shop. Scooter did a wonderful job, but this chicle needs to learn some customer service!!! Came in today and the owner of the place wouldn't take back an unopened sealed product in fact he opened my box and then gave it back opened and said sorry can't take returns!!! Screw his place spent like 300 plus dollars and this is how they treat loyal customers! read more

I went in a little while ago for the first time, I had known the place had been there for a while and decided to check it out. Went in and saw a younger kid working the counter, didn't bother me any. Until I looked and saw two other kids that didn't look any older than 16. I was a little thrown off since it had a huge sticker stating "18+" But went to ask about some mech mods because I was interested. I got little info about what I wanted to know and just got a list of all the mods that the dude owns and also making a huge point that he owns 12 $900 mods. Personally I didn't care, so I just started looking at them on my own since he decided to drop all attention to me wanting to know about their products and talks to his friends and turn the music up so loud. I Left with a shit mod that hardly works, (and was overly priced) because i'm the type of person to not walk out without buying anything. I go in a couple weeks later with my girlfriend, i'm buying her a new mod and figured why not? We walk in to see a family behind the counter with several kids under the age of 5. We sit down and decide what my girlfriend wants. We buy a mod that came with a set up (mod, batteries, and a tank) I personally knew nothing about the mod or the tank. But the worker swore it was so good and that the tank was the best on the market. I took her word for it, thinking that she knew her stuff. Set everything up and tank starts leaking immediately. Batteries dead. I change the batteries fully. Put them in and immediately half charge. Yes I know I could have done my homework, but they should be a knowledge staff that knows good from bad. They sell shit mods, tanks, and batteries. Wouldn't suggest. read more

Really poor experience my first time at this shop. Told the salesman what I was looking for - specifically, and subsequently listened to him tell me for 20min how I was stupid using my setup, and not buying top shelf equipment. He mentioned several times how he was "connected" in the industry, and basically knew more than me about anything and everything - including my personal preferences. Also mentioned how the FDA does not allow him to give advice on equipment, which was strange, because that's all he did - very rudely. LOUD techno music video playing on the TV the whole time. The customer service agent dancing and head bopping the whole time, very distracted as I asked him questions. He really, really seemed to be on drugs. Overall, a poor vape shop for newer vapers, especially if you're not looking for a salesman who wants to sell you expensive equipment. I'm one and done on this place. Would not advise. Ejuice selection seemed decent, but look for another shop with more knowledgeable employees and better customer service. read more

How upsetting to call to see if the shop would be willing to special order an item only to get hung up on. I called and asked for a manger or purchasing manager and the jerk on the line bluntly said, "we aren't buying juice, okay?" and then I heard him hang up the phone. No inquiry as to why I was calling, he just assumed I was trying to sell him something. I generally like Vape Plus, but this was simply not okay and uncalled for. Train your staff on proper phone etiquette. You could have made an easy sale as I'm visiting the area and needed some products. read more

This hidden gem may be off the main street but their shop is worth a visit. It is always clean and inviting with knowledgeable staff to help you find the best vape to fit you. It seems like they have endless variety of flavored oils to choose from with new ones coming in all the time. read more

It says on here that they open at 11 am when their door says they open at noon. So I waited and no one showed up at noon to open. Waited for about 45 min and the owner showed up and apologized and didnt even offer anything free or a discount of any sort for the inconvenience of not being open on time. I have been vaping for a while now and I am trying to upgrade to a mechanical mod. I have been to tons of other vaping store in Colorado but not of the stores were very helpful. But as I was driving I saw this store was open and decided to stop in. I told them what I was looking for and the staffs were super helpful and know what they were talking about. They help me customized the mechanical mod I wanted and explained the difference between all the mod. The best thing about this place was I got to try it before I purchase it. I know I got what I wanted at this store. In addition, the store have tons of juices and you get to try them all as well. It is not just one or two samples to try like the other vaping store.
