I purchased coils and was given the wrong ones. I called that night and told the employee that she gave me the wrong item. She said cone back in 2 days because she was off. I get there and she is not there. I tried to exchange the unopened coils for the right ones...well the supervisor said it had to be returned within 24 hours for a exchange. I asked him where it says that..I get home and look at the receipt, which says nothing. Now, I spend enough money here because it's convenient, plus we believe in supporting small business owners!! TTHEY WOULD NOT DO THE EXCHANGE!! I said so I have to pay for your mistake and unknowing policy. He said yep. Ok, I spend enough to get 2 sometimes 3 free vapes with my points. It's sad that the owner of the store losses a customer because a supervisor made no sense and had no explanation. Sad and ridiculous. read more

I've been a continuous customer here for about a year now & have never had a issue before, but the new employee they have hired is one of the rudest people I've ever met. Before I even made it in the store she was giving me dirty looks. After stepping into the door she began yelling for my I.D. To which I told her yes ma'am I have it & went to pick out a vape to buy before I even made it to the vapes she has came from behind the counter & was standing less than 2 feet from me yelling I need to leave & I told her straight up the old manager would never do this & she replied that she is fired & continued to yell for me to get out, so I did. Beyond the worst person they can have working here her alone is going to run off all the good customers that shop here. Just pitiful. read more

Love the staff at this location in Dayton Tx. The staff is so friendly and very helpful. They always have a smile on their face and greet you soon as you walk through the door.
