Id like to add if you ever get a bad "pod" or other item please contact the manufacturer. They will exchange it. The store doesnt have a way to replace or exchange or even validate broken items after they leave the store. You can also try the item when you're in the store. This helps too :) read more

This was our first time here and Aaron was very helpful and informative. He helped us with replacing a part for the Smok Stick V8 that was purchased elsewhere. The place where we bought it was not able to help us. We stopped Into VapeAway just to see if they had the tank we needed. Well, he didn't have the same exact tank but he had the super tank which was even better! He came up with a solution that we needed and he's very knowledgeable! The juice flavors he let us try where a lot better than the other larger vape place we went to. This place is smaller but such a great find! They have a lot of juice flavors to chose from. I wish I could give them a lower review. They don't sell the coils, or pods to replace a vape they are selling. With that being said. My brother & I both purchased a smok tank. We have been back to this location in both corona and Perris & in both (2 times we have been there) they did not have any pods or mouth pieces. Very disappointed, we feel like we spent a lot of money to just have to purchase another vape. Greatest part is, the employee asked if i wanted to buy another one. read more

Was coming here for a year after I moved to Elsinore. Was a really cool vape shop until today. In the past, the guys that work there were super nice and hooked me up every now and again. I generally spend about $20 to $30 a week there. A couple days ago I bought a novo pod and after a couple puffs it basically exploded and leaked the whole tank into the battery which ruined it. After buying another novo at another vape shop I came in to exchange the bum pod for a new one. The young kid who was working there gave me a hard time about it only offering a discount on a new one. Needless to say they lost my business over 5 dollars. Wont ever go back! read more

I went to get a sourin air pod, I bought 2 of them, and the pods weren't even produced by sourin, they were off brand that didn't work, every time I tried to hit the sourin air the light would just blink blue. The guy that "helped us" didn't know much and didn't help us at all, seemed like he didn't care and just wanted us to leave so that's what we did, definitely will not be back here. Terrible service and even worse products. If I buy 2 pods from you guys and they didn't work, I would expect you guys to help in some way but apparently you guys don't care. BUYER BEWARE!! DO NOT WAISTE YOUR MONEY! I was a LOYAL customer for over a year and bought probobly over $1,000 worth of products from this place and in Lake Elsinore, but it all went down hill when Aaron sold me an Alien mod and told me oh yea this is the best quality blah blah blah and not even a month later it started literally falling apart, the frame was cracking (without me dropping it) and I did some research and there are a lot of complaints on that Alien mod he sold me and I came he literally told me when sold it to me that if it didn't work to just bring it buy and he'll replace it and I went multiple times and he wasn't there. His worker (guy with blonde hair) knows I came a lot of times and he saw that crap mod Aaron sold me and yesterday the damn thing blew up in my room and it could had hurt someone or my wife or kids and my wife threw that crap away and I came today very calm and not even mad and this dude Aaron acted like a piece of crap and acted like he didn't even know me and said all he could do is give me $20 off but I would have batteries. (The damn batteries would come out to $20 so he really wasn't giving me shit!) and I still tried to talk to him calmly and I wasn't even looking for a hand me out I was happy with him just giving me $20 off and HE WOULDN'T EVEN DO THAT! Plus he was a total dick! I told him he lost a solid loyal customer and dude acted like he could care less. I am NEVER going back to this shitty store their ain't no integrity in that dude Aaron and I will never spend another dime at VAPEWAY.
