The employees here are always polite and knowledgeable about their products. That's very useful because I don't smoke. I go there to pick up for a friend. The selection seems pretty expansive with every flavor you could imagine and then some. The prices seem to be in the middle, less than some places and maybe more than some others. Tried to buy a battery from their Lake Park location on July 18th 2023 for my GeekVape. I showed the associate my mod, he sold me the wrong battery. I didn't realize until I took it out the case when I got home that it was the wrong size. I went back immediately to exchange it and they didn't have it in stock. He told me they don't do refunds and only store credit but if I came back today (Monday July 24h he'd have it in stock. I went back today and they still don't have the correct battery. I asked him to speak to his manager or owner which he did and he came back and repeated that they will not issue a refund but only store credit. If they have such awful service over a $20 battery, imagine how much of a problem they could be with a much more expensive Mod. Won't do any more business with them read more

I know you pay a little more when you buy from a local Vape store. You also should get better service because they are charging you a premium. I will never buy from this shop again because I bought a Smok Vape from them thta was defective and under warranty but they don't stand behind the products they sell. They told me take it up with Smok. I bought it at Elev8ed and it was only 1 month old and the product comes with a 1 year warranty. WARNING: if you are purchasing a disposable vape, be sure to test it in the store before you leave. They won't tell you this is their store policy. I purchased 2 Cuvie Plus vapes yesterday, and when I got home I found one was leaking, thus not functioning at all. I went back today (since the store is a good 20 minute drive from Jupiter where I live) to find a resolution. Hoping to just swap for a different, functioning one. The store manager would not swap it out for a replacement today and basically said "too bad, it's not our fault". If you don't want to waste your money, pick another shop. I have been coming to this establishment for the past 6 months 2-3 times per week purchasing disposable fume or HQD's, knowing I'm a recurring customer. I purchased a fume didn't even get to my car and it wasn't operating correctly so I turned around go back in to hopefully just swap it out. Unfortunately the employee said "I know you come here all the time but not to be a dick because you left the store I can't swap it out" so not swapping out a $16 vape will end up costing them a customer and a couple thousand dollars. Just in a year on average $16 a vape times 3 per week times 52 weeks is $2400 all because your employer/employee doesn't have integrity. "Do the right thing" read more

This vape store is way over priced if you're buying an Orion DNA pod. They have all kinds of stuff in the store including a wall of used shoes. Kind of gross. They sell Orion DNA pods for almost twice the price of other legitimate vape shops. Although they stay opened a little bit later than competitors they are kind of a sloppy opp. I've been in several times and they won't even price match or sell single pods. Checked this place out for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised. They have a wide selection of products. I didn't know what I was looking to buy exactly but one of the guys that works there, his name is Pedro, was very helpful and had answers to all of my questions.
