I've been to a ton of vape stores in the GTA as I live downtown. I came across Vapes by Enushi as I was looking for a dotMod device. I made the trip up the DVP and let me tell you, it was well worth the trip. The store, knowledge, customer service is fantastic. It's my go to store now and well worth the travel. They are very competitive in price but for me, it's more about the value of customer service. Check them out. read more

Aaron ... thank you for your swift attention and quick resolve to my 'coil dilemna' w/my joyetech unit (that you guys dont sell). As a first-time customer walking in , I noticed there was NO 'looming cloud' of vapor in the store , only the smell of the staff's lunch (nice change from other vape places) . I'll refer customers for sure. The service is amazing and the shop has a classy feel ; clean and cozy. For other first-time customers going by car, use the back roads & get familiar with the plaza's layout (tons of parking). What can I say about Brian that doesn't sound like it's hyperbole... he's the man, period. Not just knowledge but his patience and virtue to tell you his honest opinion (that is almost always rooted in indisputable fact) even if it means NOT selling you something. Truly rare, indeed. I'll pay the shipping to have it sent to my home in Las Vegas, NV USA, just on principle of giving my little bit of business to someone who deserves it. He held my hand through a dozen emails, advised me, politely corrected me, and shipped me out the products quick and I received them 3,000 miles away before I even got an email reply back from any of his competitors. And I'm understating the situation, if anything. There is no way the amount of money he made off my purchase warranted the amount of time and effort he invested in it. The world needs more people like Brian, who do things on principle and with sights set on the future. Needless to say, I think we are all sick of short-sighted, greedy con men. Con-persons? I have not been to this store, however I am an online customer from California. I contacted Brian in regards to the Vicious Ant Duke SX and I am extremely happy with the purchase as well as the customer service provided to me. Brian seems extremely knowledgeable and have always returned my emails promptly with explanation to my concerns. With that, I admire his dedication. In CA, I have not found any stores that carry a range of high end vape products like Enushi. This is a store for those who are new to vaping because customer service is outstanding and to your expert vapers who demand the best authentic high end vape products. An amazing shop. They have juices that other places dont have. The set up is nice, it feels like an actual bar. He and his crew are experienced and friendly and can help anyone from the new vaper getting off the deathsticks to the cloud chaser tuning his mod or topper. This location is a great store, but is set up to be an experience. He helped me out with a DNA200 device, which I then messed up with the software, and through facebook, helped me fix - this is business as usual for Brian. After sale customer support and service is brilliant. Where mod makers fail to communicate details, he fills in the gaps - happily. For any vapor enthusiast, this location should be a destination. Be prepared to hang for a while, as you won't want to leave too soon. Be sure to check out the wide array of premium juice. Buying online from the states is too much trouble. The way they come across via email may be professional but very rude. Did not appreciate the way they handled my transaction. Customer service definitely is not on par with larger vape companies who probably have more staff to take care of you. Probably won't buy from them again in the future read more
