Prices are more than competitive, their home brand juice is excellent, and their customer service is basically perfect. They even have a wide variety of D.I.Y. equipment if you're ready to start building your own coils or making your own juice. Just the best online customer support. I've been buying vapetime brand since one of my friends introduced me to Quad berry, and my wife loves Moon. Recently, the supply chain went sideways (yay for pandemics....) and I spoke to Jon several times about it. The first time, he didn't hesitate to release more to the online store, but the second time he was incredibly apologetic. But he was honest and accountable too(which should mean a lot to whoever is reading) in explaining what happened and gave me a timeline of when to expect more. Also, quad berry is the shit. I purchased a vape at Vapetime for my trip to The Dominican Republic. I explained this to the customer service rep. I noticed he was looking at my odd the whole time and I did not know why. My vape got ceized by security in the Dominican Republic as they are not allowed in your luggage. I believe that the customer service rep (a Russian guy) knew this and that is why he was looking at me odd. I called him when I was back in Toronto and said we could recify this situation if I was able to get a replacement unit at cost. He was unwilling to accomade me. I've spent the past few weeks going to a number of Vape Shops. While I've had a few good experiences, I've mostly gone wanting for a place that would offer reasonable prices AND great service. Until now. They actually had a silicone case for my device, and a few odds and sods that I've been searching awhile for! The fellow that helped me out offered me great advice, but didn't go mental with the upsell. Which was nice. I probably will return, and only withheld a fifth star because they don't really have a strong tobacco-flavored vape juice, and I can't feature smoking a glass of rootbeer or whatever the facacta flavor of the moment is. read more

So I walked in to Vape Time today, a complete novice (I've tried vaping once before), and walked out feeling like a specialist. The customer service at this place is just out of this world. Earlier today I was at my doctor's to get Zyban to stop smoking....and she actually recommended vaping! (although both her and the gentleman inside the store said there are no long-term studies on the effect of vaping...it's not been around long enough, but simple math tells me the "unscertainty" of one ingredient outweighs the well documented ill effects of dozens of chemicals and tar that you know are inside cigs)... Anyhow; once I proclaimed that I had no idea about vaping, he actually offered me a starter kit for FREE if I exchanged it for a pack of cigarettes, regardless of how many cigarettes were still in the package! I wasn't carrying my cigarettes, and was looking for a slightly more advanced vape. After some discussion about how much I smoke, what my smoking preference is (shisha style or cigarette style -- I said both), I made my decision for a "Subox Mini Starter Kit". I was then given an incredibly thorough walk-through on how to clean and care for it, how to make sure I operate the lithium battery safely, etc. They then let me sit down and try all kinds of different "juice", and they really tried to find my preference. They sell all the things that you might need for your vape, but there is no attempt on their part to push it on you whatsoever! I bought a charger for the lithium battery because I saw it on the shelf. He told me I would need to change the filter about every two weeks (again, I had to ask him to sell me a package of filters). And when I asked if they had any cases for the vapes, he pointed to a shelf, and also went to the back-room to see if he had another one that might look better (there was nothing wrong with the one in the store). As I was being helped, another customer came in. He was chatting with the other sales associate, and was joking about how he keeps dropping his vape, and as a result the battery cover was gone on his. The people in the store went to the back and found him a free replacement cover, on their own initiative. Because I bought a few items, they gave me two bottles of the liquid for free! I got the vape, a battery charger, the case, and some replacement filter things. All in all I spent $139 which is quite frankly much less than I thought it would be (I got a vape that is $79; they have them as cheap as "free" if you give them your cigarettes (!) and from $19 and up to more than $300-$400) In short: I just want to hang out in this store, because the people that work there are SO awesome, and I'm gonna send all my smoking and vaping friends there. read more

New favorite vape shop! Went in today with my partner and the guy was super nice in there (I think it was the owner) and extremely knowledgeable in all the products and deals. It ended up costing us a lot cheaper at this shop to get a bigger bottle of juice than any other shop we've been to where smaller bottles were almost the same price as the big one we got here. There are also a lot of deals going on that can get you free bottles of juice or discounts off your next purchase. It was our first time here and the guy we talked to gave us a free small bottle to take with us because it was our first time. Will definitely be coming back here again! read more

Long story short, my vape's battery broke at around 6pm on last Saturday, I was short for time and needed to get a new battery of vape quick. This was just down the road from the cineplex on Yonge near Finch, so I rushed up thanks to google and got there before the doors closed at 7pm. Like all new businesses, it takes a time to get on it's feet and I'm sure they will expand their selection as every other place does, so that's pretty great. As it is, it is a fully equipped shop to help you out. So as I rushed in, I was greeted by the two guys there, super helpful, kind and down to earth, so that was a bonus. I grabbed a vape kit, and got some ejuice with it. Tried a few and settled on VapeTime's Eastern Fusion (house brand). This is hands down the best tropical, even fruit, ejuice I've ever had. It was just fantastic. The taste is accurate, the smell is incredible, and the juice itself is tasty, but is not super sweet and saturated like most other premium ejuices out there. Since this is where my girl lives near, I will definitely be returning. Great service and has enough products to get you what you need. But their house lines fruit ejuices are just incredible, as I said, not overly sweet and saturated with flavourings or try to be too complicated. Will return soon and try out some more, but would definitely recommend Eastern fusion in the meantime. read more
