I've never posted anything on Yelp or any type of forum for that matter, but after going to Vapetricity I felt the need to let everyone know about this hidden gem. I live in the Gurnee/ Grayslake area but frequently go out of my way to travel for "quality juices"... Or at least what I thought we're quality juices. Im on a tight budget so unfortunately I can't always make the 45 minute trip or place orders online. Yesterday I was in bad need of E-Juice so I decided to google search vape shops near me: and that's when I found Vapetricity. I initially had low expectations due to the fact that I'd never heard of it before as well as my naivety that no place could be better than my go-to store. I planned on just popping in for a couple of minutes to see if they held a cotton candy flavor (which my other store does not carry). As I walked in I could tell just by the warm welcome and the setup that this store was different; the manager, Matt, instantly came over and asked if he could help me find what I needed. He let me taste a few of the flavors I was interested in and I ended up getting the cotton candy that I came for (the flavor is spot on, I highly recommend it). My plan to be in and out in 5 minutes changed quickly- I went back home and brought my brother who knows plenty about vaping and wanted to buy a new mod. He ended up buying a great mod and hasn't put it down since we left. 5 minutes ended up turning into about 2 hours and Matt (the manager) was happy to stay a little late to help my brother set up his mod, answer my questions, and provide us with valuable info which neither of us knew about. They have a plethora of flavors and they let you specifically mix any flavors you want as well as having a book of recipes at your disposal. Vapetricity's juice simply blew my normal spot away. They had many other things to go along with the juice, including the best mods on the market, disposables, and many other accessories all at an affordable price. The best part of Vapetricity had to be the management though-- the shop was very clean, well organized and the people there made me feel like I was home; they never pressured us to leave when we were lounging on the chairs and even engaged with us in conversation when they weren't helping anyone out. Overall I can gladly say that I've finally found a place close to home that carries everything I could ever need and want. Safe to say I will not be going anywhere else from now on! Lived here for about nine months, quickly learned the other shops in the area (Gurnee, Round Lake, Grayslake) could not compare to the amazing customer service and staff. The owners Tammy and Mike are the friendliest people I have met since moving here, they have gone above and beyond to make sure all my favorite juices are always stocked and they have ordered any specialty items I've needed as well. When the pandemic started here, they actually gave me a new bottle of MicroBan when they learned I had no cleaner at home because the big stores didn't have any in stock. This was an incredible act of human kindness that I will never forget and helped me protect my family. During the pandemic they have always worn proper PPE and provided alcohol wipes with every purchase. You can tell how much they care about their customers and community, and I can honestly say I will NEVER shop at another vape store. During the tough times, I urge all my fellow smokers to support them. If you're looking for a place that has a large variety of flavors, all the latest products and accessories, and the nicest staff, this place is for you and everyone you know. Hands down the best Vape shop I've been too in Illinois . I'm from out of state and needed equipment and liquids because I was afraid to take mine threw airport and have it confiscated or just get an airport hassle .So once I got off the plane I went to many shops all to find out that most shops don't like dripping and frown about it and only carry Ego batteries type devices . I'm way past that now . So I found vapetricity and they carry it all , that have huge variety of equipment more than all shops I seen put together , knowledge there is amazing , very friendly ,prices are very reasonable and they have a juice bar that will blow you away ! I made the commitment to quit cigarettes today. I was going crazy trying to find a shop that was open today (labor day) and Tammy was there! She went above and beyond to get me a rig that met my needs. She even allowed me to try her personal one and as soon as I took a hit, I handed her my pack of newports to toss in the trash. She set me up with an identical rig to her's and I couldn't be happier. Their home brews are amazing and very well priced. The shop is very nice inside too. I recommend this place for anyone curious to see what vaping is about! read more

Wow what can I say... while I was out of town I bought a top of the line juice, loved it and could not find it anywhere around here. I went into Vapetricity and within 2days Matt had made me something so close I can't tell the difference between the two. I go there every week or 2 and all the workers know me and my friend well. Very personal and professional people. Tammy, Mike, and Joe are all amazing and know their stuff!
