Staff is shady. No prices are marked. They overcharge for product. They said all 60ml bottles are the same price and all 100ml bottles are the same price. Then proceeded to charge me the same price for a 60 ml bottle as a 100 ml bottle. Your applicable discounts are on file under your account. But, half the time you have to call them out on applying them properly because the staff is too lazy to look up your information correctly. My Go-To shop for all my vaping needs! Staff is always friendly and super helpful. I recently upgraded from a tank setup to an RDA and it's been years since I used one. They took the time to help me choose one, as well as coils and set me up at the counter with all the tools needed to put it together, showed me how to put it together and tips and tricks for a cleaner build and longer lasting set up, even helped me wick the coils and make sure the build was correct. Prices were outrageous I go to all the vape shops in Richmond and the one employee I encountered with was an asshole and acted like he owned the business when i know he doesn't. And after spending 70 dollars on a bottle of juice and some coils I told him the prices were high and he said that I shouldn't come back so I will most defiantly not be giving my business to them anymore unless something is done with the employee read more

I have been vaping for a little over a year and have several set ups. I walked into Vape Connection looking to buy a box mod and another sub ohm tank. The staff was fairly friendly and polite but the product knowledge wasn't the best. Most questions I had went unanswered and whoever was in the back room (I guess you could call it their office) was very loud and rude to the employees. Their prices were fairly high compared to other local shops and definitely from online prices but I ended up purchasing from them due to a time crunch. Overall it wasn't a bad experience but I don't think I will be going back. read more

The first time I came into this store, there were probably a half dozen kids playing video games in the back and no one behind the counter. When one of them approached me I assumed he worked there because he didn't introduce himself to me, and asked if they had a juice menu. He muttered a positive reply and took his sweet time to go get one for me so I could look it over. I had two questions about a couple of flavors on the menu and he treated me like I was burdening him to answer them for me. Another customer walked in after me and stood there, without being helped or anyone saying anything like "hey welcome to..." etc. Finally I asked for the flavor that I picked out and without saying a word he went and got it from the shelf and starting to ring it up at the register on the opposite side of the counter. Expecting me, I guess, to know where it was after never having been there before. As I finished my purchase the guy finally introduces himself to someone else as the owner! I don't know who wants service like that but I will never be going back there. It strikes me that this is basically a place for the guy and his friends to hang out or something and he doesn't care about repeat business or he wouldn't be so stand offish to his customers. If you are considering going here, PLEASE READ!!!! Not a place I would recommend, ever. Let me tell you why.... I walked in and right off the bat i was extremely thrown off. This place just opened and I don't think the customer service could of been any more disappointing. I've NEVER had and ecig and I wanted to find a good shop that would help me understand how to fill it and change the coils and everything... I know nothin about these things so I expected someone to educate me if I was spending my money on this thing. I walked in and the employees were all sitting on the couches... And I know this because the guy said "they are a few of my employees" It really got to me because on of the girls was on her phone and I heard her say "I'm working, so I can't go" or something along those lines... And she had her legs sprawled on the dude next to her smoking her ecig. You are not working. That's not work. Help the customers. IT TOOK SOMEONE LITERALLY 2 minutes to even greet me. News flash, there is a rule in Business.. You shouldn't wait longer than 10 seconds to at least welcome in the customer because after that they just feel like they are imposing on you or you are not appreciative of their business. I felt awkward from the get go because I didn't know what to look for.. I didn't get much help, but I did get what I wanted. The one star I gaveis only for that teeny fact. A pink ecig..... I could of easily found it at a much more welcoming place though! I could go on for days on why I wouldn't visit this shop again. If you are brand new in this whole thing.. Wow! I went out for a mother, daughter dinner next door today and I left at approximately 8:15. When I went out to the parking lot there was a car parked very close to me. I was worried about a door ding in my car from that car's passenger seat and was quite relieved when I noticed the passenger seat was piled with stuff. I squeezed into my car carefully and my daughter and I buckled up. My car is new and has no scratches or marks and I take pride in keeping it that way. Suddenly a man comes out from this establishment to yell at me saying I hit the other car with my door. I said "no I didn't" and he continued to yell. The employee stood in the doorway to encourage this behavior. I did NOT bump her car in anyway. I was incredibly offended by this man she sent out and the female employee. I went into the store and asked for the owner's information. The female employee and her friend continued to claim that I hit her car. I asked if they had a camera to prove that I did not. The male employee said they do not. I also asked them to go look at my car because I absolutely did NOT touch her car with my door. I have left a message for the owner and I hope he calls me back. This behavior was shocking and disturbing from the employee and the man she sent out to harass my daughter and I. If I could leave negative stars for this business's experience I would. This was completely unacceptable. read more

I thought I was going to have to wait a couple days for it to ship.
