The associates Val and Tammy were extremely helpful in helping me figure out what was best for me . Val was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about their products in the store and Tammy was equally as knowledgeable and assisted in helping me choose the vape for my needs . Stopped by this place bc the spot I used to go to got really expensive. I'm never going anywhere else! They have an amazing selection and Cane and Row (guys that were working) were SO KNOWLEDGEABLE about the products they sold. I tried a few different brands they suggested based on my preferences and they were awesome and things I wouldn't have selected on my own. They were so awesome there! Only buy something here when owners are there. Otherwise you get ripped off. I just paid twice as much for something because the owner wasn't there. So I am new to this whole vape thing. So I go in and ask for something that is not that expensive but a good product. They offered me a vape called aegis mini made by geek vape. The device they sold me was broken and I was told that all sales are final even though I had just bought it. Pretty crazy that they can sell broken product and not take it back. I love this place. Not just because the prices are great and they have practically everything I need (and if they don't, they'll recommend another shop), but their customer service is exceptional! I get my flavors mixed to my liking, I always sample flavors, and I'm never pressured to buy. They're very welcoming and if I need to kill time, I'll go in, sit on a sofa, and use my personal vape. Even though I'm not buying, they have no problem with me just hanging out. I remember the first 4 times I went in. I didn't buy anything because I was trying to find my perfect flavor. If I'm gonna spend $20 on juice, I want to make sure I like it. Niko made me the perfect mix. I also knew literally nothing about vaping. He taught me everything I needed to know about general maintenance, taking my piece apart, cleaning it, refilling it, charging it, changing the coils, etc. Overall fantastic experience. Customer for life. Everyone is so friendly and seems to enjoy what they do. They're also very knowledgeable about what they're selling. I'm so glad I decided to walk in there when I first started vaping. There's really no other vape lounge or shop that compares!
