This store is probably the best Vape shop in Hialeah. The staff is super friendly and funny and the juice selection is pretty insane. The only reason I choose to give it a 4 star rating was because of the hardware. I'll explain more below: Pros Friendly, knowledgeable and experienced staff. They're always willing to help you out and answer any questions you have. They're also not afraid to tell you how it is. They won't feed you BS just to sell you something. True Cubans at work here, if you don't come out feeling good and with a smile on your face something is wrong with you. The biggest pro here is their juice selection. They have everything worth selling. The moment you walk in your faced with the what I call "the great wall of juice". Everything from simple tobacco flavors, to trendy-bolder flavors and even things bit more complex for that adventurous pallet. There's something for everyone here The store is clean and simple but doesn't look empty and plain. Floors are always clean and display cases maintained Cons The only con I see in this store is the hardware selection with the exception of coils. They have almost every coil you can think of but when it comes to mods, attys and the latest tanks...not so much. However, I was told that this is going to be changing soon. The business has gone through some kind of restructuring and improvements are on the way. I'll be looking forward to that. #edit# I wanted to clarify something about the hardware. They do have the basic beginner mods and starter kits and some higher wattage devices. Where the hardware lacks is in the areas of advanced upgrades and things for the enthusiast. It seems that there are vapor stores popping up in every corner nowadays but we chose to come here as we were referred by a friend of ours. Service was exceptional. Everything was thoroughly explained and we did not feel rushed or pressured to buy anything. We were able to try the different models and flavors as we liked. Although we live in West Kendall it was well worth the drive to receive such great customer service which seems to be lacking in Miami. After we made our purchase he explained everything from charging, to refilling and changing the coil. The store attendants (owners?) spoke both English and Spanish fluently. They were not only genuinely friendly but extremely helpful and will definitely return in the future for the the refills. read more

Just left vape passion literally 5 minutes ago. Went to vape passion wanting to quit cigarettes. Had a gentleman by the name of Oscar help me every step of the way. He assisted me on what to buy to help quit smoking. By far the best customer service I've ever had at any vape shop. Oscar is a great person and made me want to stop smoking cigarettes more than I did when I walked in. Really bad customer service. They do not know how to do business. The warranty doesn't apply if you don't have the box, it doesn't matter. They prefer to lose a customer who spend hundred dollars a month than lose 35 dollar for change a defective unit. They don't care about customer satisfaction.
