wow - Wow - WOW From the minute I walked in till I paid for my goods I was blown away. I went in looking for a new glass pipe after I broke my other one.. and what a hell of a selection they have ! From $5 all the way to the most expensive, the quality of glass and designs exceeded my expectations. The guy who helped me out was also so upbeat and excited to show me their products, very different than the other shops I'd go to where they would just stand there and wait till I made a decision. Not only was He was able to answer all my questions and listen to my needs, but he also went as recommend the products that he thought I'd need. And he wasn't wrong. I walked out with all of my new supplies and went on with my day,happy that I chose to walk into this shop versus all the other ones throughout Miami. Finally I am happy that DORAL got a smoke shop and it is conveniently located in the second floor right above the SUBWAY in SHOPS OF DORAL . I really liked this place .The main reason I gave five starts,The owners Alex and Grand are very knowledgable and friendly and they make sure u have the best customer experience while you are there .Its fun riffing with the guys behind counter . They have best product(Bowls,hookah,Dugout,Cigarettes,candles, sprays ,vaps and all kinda other cool stuff )and most importantly helpful staff to help you with your questions . definitely coming back here again for all my smoke needs . read more

I read the reviews and expected phenomenal service, and upon arrival I got anything but that. When "greeted" by the worker with a long beard, I had never felt more unwelcome in a place of business. It was almost like it was a chore to accept my money. Not only did I hear him say racist remarks over the phone, which was extremely unprofessional and offensive, but you could WITHOUT A DOUBT tell he was high out of his mind. If it were possible to leave 0 stars, I feel like that would even be too generous. I'd say the best part of my visit was me walking out with the assurance that I would never have to be there again. read more

I didn't expect this store to have the selection it did since another yelper gave a poor review. I wonder if they actually walked into THIS smoke shop? The selection is HUGE much bigger than any other smoke shop I've gone to in Doral and I have been in quite a few. The workers are super down to earth and willing to help ya out if you have any questions. I wasn't disappointed. Just wanted to say that my experience here was top notch. The employees here are very knowledgable and insightful with all the great products they have in stock. I especially like there selection of vape products and flavors. I bought my first vape setup here a couple months back and have been trying a lot of their awesome selection in vape flavors! Valentina la Gorda is absolute trash. Fire her immediately. Does not know math at all. Refuses the deals the other cashiers always offer. She said she would rather sell nothing than give me the same deal her colleagues give everyone. Incredibly unprofessional little fat sht. Small vape/smoke shop in the Doral area. It has a small assortment of vape juices but the staff is very helpful and friendly. Good to have nearby instead of having to drive all the way to Kendall or P.Pines. I'll def go back, if only for the customer service which is why I gave it a 5 star. read more
