This shop is beyond incredible in the way they truly appreciate and take care of their community of customers. They exist to really care for, educate, assist and serve their clients. I have used Yelp near daily for years as I travel for work about 90%, and Yelp is how I find where to eat, stay, and shop. In literally thousands of yelp-inspired visits, not once have I left a review of my own. I am just not a sharer online in that way. But my experience here was so far out of the norm, and overwhelmingly positive that I am inspired to write this. I have vaped for a few years now and have had 4-5 "home shops" in that time, and never in that time have I been treated as well and experienced the level of service and kindness as I did here in my first visit, as opposed to just being "sold" and profited from. I felt like my business would be truly valued for the long term, and I was starting a great new relationship, and now I have a new friend. EJ is the man and their DAILY happy hour (weekdays 12-3) is a steal on solid quality house juice. Their prices are WAY more than fair, the people are cool and good, and the product is quality- other vape shops are out there just raking customers for an extra buck. This is as good as it gets in the vape shop world. They have a great variety of batteries, tanks, and gear, applicable to all styles of vaper. The look and feel of this store is nice, and the staff is incredible. The guy working today knew exactly what we had, and exactly what we were looking for. We wanted to replace some old, small tanks, and he immediately handed us something similar, and showed and explained how it worked. He was really nice, and offered to help, but never tried to upsell or get us to buy anything else. Service was quick and helpful, and we will definitely be back. Many times! read more

What a great place! Been trying to quit smoking cigarettes and social distancing isn't making it any easier. Have been here a few times and they've always been kind and helpful! EJ was ready with recommendations based on use and preferences and was able to suggest exactly what I was looking for. It's so easy to order this stuff from a website but I prefer the attention of the awesome staff at this shop. Found this place on my Kroger run recently and really liked the setup. It's a cool looking store, a variety of good quality flavors and a pretty big selection of mods. Bought ALEXIR and HULK out of the signature collection and really like them. Omar helped us and he was knowledgeable without being too pushy. If you're in the area definitely go see him. read more

So... what to say.. I actually got a chance to go in their store for the first time two weeks ago. I want to say the gentleman helping me was EJ, he was great and helped me out with my new vape starter kit. I was using the sourin air and that helped me quit smoking but I did still enjoy vaping. He not only set me up with my first kit but he also picked out a in house blend that reminds me of a Korean Milkis drink I use to drink as a kid. The staff and the place is way cool! I had almost given up on vaping. I had bought several mods and different coils from other vape shops and could never get a good vaping experience. Then I decided to search Yelp for the "best smoke shop in Fort Worth", and Vapor Plus was at the top. My first time in I walked out with a great mod and the right coil. I have totally quit smoking, to my suprise. Vapor Plus has a excellent selection of commercial juices or their "House Blends" are also great. These guys really know what they are doing. They care about their customers and your overall vaping experience. I am a customer for life! BTW Vapor Plus is not a game room masquerading as a vape shop. Most vapor shops I've been to seem a bit chintzy. Wide open spaces without much going on, staff that wanna make a quick buck. Not so here. The gentleman who helped me out was very knowledgeable and resolved a problem with my e-cigarette not firing properly in just a few minutes. Not only that, he replaced my coil for free even though I'd never done business with them. I liked that so much that I decided to get a bottle of liquid here; the Turkish Tobacco flavor is quite rich and enjoyable. I highly recommend coming here for liquids as well as help with your e-cigarette malfunctioning. read more

They guys working here were top notch; friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. The shop was nice and clean as well. We came in for some Ego One coils we couldn't find anywhere else, and they had them! My wife liked their in-house juice, I wasn't a big fan, but they weren't bad. I loved the premiums they had, however the one I ended up buying just about knocks me on my ass, so I haven't vaped it that much since getting it. Would still go back, none of that is negative enough to turn me off of them; also will recommend them to others. read more
