The employees seemed nice, but it was apparent that they didn't know the craft very well. I'm a new vaper, so I don't know much myself; however the clerk failed to know the difference between clearomizers and cartomizers. She didn't know what threading types were, and didn't know much about the juice. The juice was priced average for a brick and mortar store, but everything else was marked up 200% what you could buy it for readily on dozens of websites. Batteries that were regularly 7 bucks online were 19 and 29 in the store. Having a tasting system was a plus, and while the employees were friendly, they were without knowledge. Always adored shopping here. Moved 2 yrs ago, so miss going there. Always received awesome selection and superb customer service! They have gone above and beyond for me a few times. Such a shame I recently bought Ilene vape for my husband who vapes a lot mind you I know nothing about vapes I do know my husband uses his all the time while it's plugged in so figured he would be able to do that as well turns out he can't use it while it's plugged in !!! Not only did the owner look at video and see that he did not mention that to me but I apparently was supposed to ask that figured that would be something they would have told me because I would not have bought it !!! So they did absolutely nothing for me told me I should have asked and now I have a vape that was never used and can't do anything with it prettt horrible when all's I wanted to do was switch for the one with battery's but wouldn't even do that and told me when I said so I'm basically out of 122 bucks she said yup basically !!!! Will never go there again !!!! The boys who helped me were awesome and in no way am I trying to get them in trouble but like I said if I knew you couldn't use it while charging would have not bought it !!! Love love love this store!! Gerry is very knowledgeable about all sorts of products whether it be dripper,tanks, atomizers and the pens for beginners. He will even do a build for you for your dripper. He knows his stuff. Robin is super nice and great to get along with. There's a reward system every time you buy something you earn points. Compared to the "other" cape store in the same town, vapor shack is the one to go to!! To the person who left the review of the markup of online prices, well that's obvious. They have to make a profit. I buy all my juices from vapor shack. I did buy my mod online as what I bought they didn't have in store, and it was cheaper but to buy my coils and juice they are the place to go. Don't bother going to the other vape store in the area. They have garbage juices and the staff isn't knowledgable or friendly. read more
