My parents were heavy smokers for as long as I can remember. They tried countless times to quit smoking; Cold Turkey, The Nicotine Patch, The Nicotine Gum, Weaning themselves off cigarettes slowly, the list goes on.... all the while the three of us kids constantly begging them to stop this horrible habit. FInally they found something that works for them and I can very happily say that my parents have not smoked in months. Its been like a dream come true for us all and we couldn't be more proud of them and thankful to Vapor Shark for helping them overcome the addiction. There is nicotine in the 'juice' as my mom calls it, but you need less and less as you continue using the electronic cigarette (looks more like a pipe). Its just so great to see my parents not having to 'escape for a smoke' anymore. LOVE YOU VAPOR SHARK! One piece of advice is that the parking situation sucks and if you try and go on a weekend you will likely have to circle the block a couple of times till someone leaves. Also, the store gets very crowded (again, especially on weekends and during lunch breaks on weekdays). I'd stay away on Saturdays unless you have no other time to go. read more

Vapor Shark is an excellent place to go when you want to get off analog cigarettes. They have what you will need to get you started, from starter kits to Vivi Nova tanks they rebadged as Fusion. Their e-liquids aren't bad either. Not the greatest, but not bad. That being said, once you start vaping and do your research, then you won't need them anymore because they don't sell cartomizers, RBAs, mechanicals, things that you may be interested in once you tire of their product. Their shop is small and you are basically in and out. Great business. I've been to visit my sister in Cape Coral and their Vape stores are awesome. You can literally spend hours there trying out flavors, sitting in leather seats watching big screen televisions. They offer high-end mods and everything under the sun for the beginner and seasoned vapers. I have now made vaping not only a way of life, but a hobby as well, purchasing high-end mods, RBAs and e-liquid from all over the country and overseas as well. What can I say about this marvel of a product. TOBACCO COMPANIES BEWARE! The day when us mere mortals are chained to your tar & carcinogens is over! I wasn't a huge smoker to begin with but I love the act of smoking especially over a nice glass of Black Label. I'm very active so I wanted to stop smoking cigarettes but still enjoy it when I wanted. I heard a radio commercial about the Vapor Shark & immediately looked it up. It's more like a high tech pipe then one of those skinny electronic cigs.. to my delight they had many different flavors to choose from & when I went to try it out I was surprised at how much "vapor" you actually get.. I haven't touched a cigarette in over a month because of this place! The e-liquid flavors are amazing and overall, compared to other e-cig retailers, Vapor Shark is very affordable. If I wasn't so busy all the time, I would be there everyday just hanging out. Also, the customer service there is fantastic. Having a physical electronic cigarette shop in town is a luxury, because anytime your low on juice or lost a battery, you can just make a quick run to the store as opposed to ordering products online and having to wait a week for them to arrive; which is pretty much the reason most people who get into vaping end up going back to analogs. That hasn't happened to me ever since I discovered this place and it won't happen to you. You can't just open up an e-cig store in the heart of Bird Rd. and stay afloat as a business if you are not damn good, and Vapor Shark is damn good! Highly recommend it. read more

He let me try the many different flavors that were available for "vaping" and showed me how my new E-cig worked. I was shown around the store. Vapor Shark was my first experience with vaping. I must admit when I first bought my kit the sales guy, although very clumsy, was very nice. However in the month and a half since, the 3 times I've been back, they've been nothing but rude and oddly enough seem to look down on people for not knowing how to use or care for the product. Other thing is I found that they are almost double the price of buying online. They're not alone in this though most of the vapor shops popping up are doing the same thing. The fact is all the 510 mods out there are bought from the same company, out of China and just rebranded with each companies name and logo. Not to mention the fact that the liquid comes from China. I have no problem buying hardware from China but I'm not to keen on getting something that goes in my body from their. The other downside is they don't offer a warranty on their stuff well a crappy warranty 1 day on the tank and 30 days on the battery. I can buy online the exact same stuff from fasttech.com and get a 6 month warranty even on the Kanger Protank, which Vapor Shark calls the Glass Tank. If you're new to vaping I highly recommend these shops to start out but only to start. Get a single battery mod with a Glass tank for $5, which can be put on a real mod later, and call it quits. read more

PRO'S - Great service - Employees were friendly - Seemed knowledgable about their products. - Prices seem decent. - Several flavors on hand to try. - All flavors come in different amounts of nicotine. - They offer military discounts. - Vapor Shark has an app. CON'S - Parking sucks, chances are you might park in the back (and there's only one way in/out) - Flavor selection was not as abundant as I hoped for. - They were out of starter packs. So I had to purchase all the pieces separately = more money to spend. - App sucks (Great idea! But a work in progress). Overall, I was pleased with my purchase. They only carry "Manual" batteries (The type you need to press a button). I'm happier with the Automatic batteries that just work when you puff on the e-cig. I'm surprised they don't have both. Their E-Liquids are good, but not to my particular taste for my favorite flavor (Menthol). It doesn't really taste like menthol and it is not of a clear color. It's pink. There is virtually no parking for this place during business hours which is a turnoff for me as well. read more

I'm so happy that i've discovered not only the store, but just the general concept of "vaping" as they call it. The store itself is pretty awesome. It;s a very relaxed atmosphere and certainly conducive to socializing. You're able to try all of the flavors of oil that they offer and they are more than willing to answer your questions. Since they really only sell one product, you can tell that the "guy" is over spitting the same schpeal over and over and over again, but he is helpful nonetheless. I know that they're making a bloody fortune on the product, but more power to them. Being a small business owner myself, I have to commend them on their marketing strategy. They sell what seems to be a very decent product. The quality could be improved a bit, but what is really being sold here is an idea at the end of the day, The product seems to work very well, but as for the durability, that will takes some time. Overall though, I;m extremely satisfied with my experience. They have my vote for sure. As a note: If the place is packed, come back. Let the staff take the time to explain things to you. Where do i start. No question that vaping is amazing. 2 months without smoking (not thanks to this store). Stay away from this store. The juices are not good, they taste awful and very very expensive. Service is good if you are the only customer, otherwise be ready to wait a very very long time to get service. The skinny guy, Oscar I believe, that works there usually ignores you if his friends are over to vape. And worst of all, any product you buy if it breaks they won't take it back even if you just got it from them. They will tell you to send it back to China yourself. . Customer service here is not the greatest. I always go to the one on us1 in south Miami and what a difference. I was given the wrong coils and when I went back they told me the ones I wanted had been discontinued. I have tried a few local vape shops for ejuice. I'm very picky when it comes to flavor. If you're selling an ejuice & you name it "Bubblegum", it should taste like bubblegum. If it doesn't taste like it's name, then change the name or don't sell it to customers. That to me is false advertising, sneaky, tricky & just wrong. I don't do business with thieves & liars. Now, back to my review. I must give credit where credit is due. Vapor Shark, hands down, has THE BEST ejuice locally! Edit: their service has improved. Added 1 more star to my review. I only go here for my eliquid. They've got great tasting eliquid, but as far as everything else, you're better off buying off the internet if you don't mind waiting. You'll see how much you're getting ripped off for products that they rebrand (as do many other vapor companies, to be fair). Their service is alright, they got cool people, but you'll often get ignored if they're trying to sell a kit even though they know you and they know that you're only there to pick up some eliquid and leave (takes less than one minute to complete the transaction). I don't mean to come off as more important than others, but when you end up waiting 15 minutes for something that takes 1 minute, I think it's better to get that one minute transaction out of the way. read more

E-Liquid loses flavor after about a week. Went back to store and they said that It was my taste buds. Wrong. My liquid lost the flavor and smell. Had numerous people try it and they confirmed it too. Hands down best vape experience. I made a New Years resolution to stop smoking and thanks to Vapor Shark and their awesome staff, I'm off to a good start! I walked into the store and was immediately helped by one of their staff members. I explained to her that I really wanted to quit smoking and she listened and "diagnosed" an e-cig that would be best for me. I ended up purchasing the starter kit which came with one flavor (she recommended menthol since that is what I usually smoked). She let me try the flavors and was more than accommodating, plus from what I've researched online and even tested (in Miami and NYC) Vapor Shark has the best flavor and is the most "real" e-cig experience for the price. I'm a week in and I LOVE MY VAPOR SHARK! Thank you to the Vapor Shark staff, cheers to a healthy year! The shop on US1 and 144th is great. The guys are knowledgeable and service oriented, no complaints there. The one on Miller and 137, sucks, terrible service and they never have anything in stock, don't waste your time going there. Kendall drive right off the turnpike is ok at best! Some of the guys are cool others, look like they hate life. Overall three stars just because of the guys on US1, but the prices are absolutely ridiculous at all locations and online! It's highway robbery! I get double the amount of the exact product online for less $$. Won't be going back unless it an emergency! read more

Update: Like a sucker, I took a chance and ordered another battery. Well, within one week of getting it the battery started to malfunction and just stopped vaping the liquid. Light comes on, seems fine, but not smoke. Wasted a new wick seeing if that was the problem. Nope. Switched the old bent battery back in and it smoked fine. Called them again, and was rudely dismissed, or told I would have to bring the battery to them in Miami, at my expense, in order to get a replacement. And then he hung up. These guys are unreal. I bought the starter kit and 3 bottles of liquid (tobacco, classic tobacco and coconut) 26Mg nicotine. I tried to replace cigarettes with vapor shark. I noticed I started getting headaches and throat pain. I wasn't sure if it was related to the oil vapor so I discontinued using it and went back to smoking. The 1st cigarette gave me huge head rush which makes me think the nicotine in the eliquid is simply not true. I'm going to try and get a refund but I don't expect much. Live and learn. read more

The staff was in such a rush to sell me one of there e-pen's he wouldn't let me get a word in edge wise and when he finally let me try one of there pens it was just plan nasty!!! I ended up going to a local Head Shop on S.Dixie Hwy where they had all the name brands on there shelf and ended up buying 2 pens for under $80 and 3 free flavors... read more

I had come here three years ago when I first quit smoking. However in the last couple of years I have been buying my equipment and e-juice online. Thought I would give them another try as something happened to my supplier and my liquid was not the same. These guys fixed me up right away. Love this product, but more importantly I love their customer service. I have tried conventional e-cigs with no luck, but when I saw a Groupon for a kit with a funky looking vaporizer type thing, I was intrigued. I bought it, and have been hooked ever since. I've quit smoking successfully after years of trying, because I found that trying to substitute something for cigarettes is impossible, but replacing it with a whole new "hobby" was easy. The flavors are fun and different, there are tons of accessories that come in different colors to give it some flair, it's just a great overall product. Now the reason why I actually made a point to write this review - I lost my fusion only days before going on a vacation (where I knew I'd end up smoking if I couldn't replace this fast). I emailed customer service with some questions and got a response almost immediately. I've been dealing with Laura, who is responsive, friendly, just awesome. She not only pointed me to what I needed, she was willing to try to work with shipping so I get it in time for my vacation, helped me deal with a third party who I bought another coupon through that double charged me, and just generally renewed my faith that some companies still offer personal service and care about your experience. You'll see I've written very few reviews, because I have to have an experience that makes it worth doing so, so I hope that speaks volumes to the type of company they are. read more
