I went in today, with my cousin. My cousin is 50 and I am 43. The women dress in all black and Goth. Attend to us, she was rude from the beginning. Ask us for ID. My cousin told her. I don't have my wallet but I am not buying anything. So she told him, that does matter you are still in my store, so u have to leave. When she look at my vape, for the coil size. She roughly places on the counter it says we don't sell that here. Her coworker assured her that we do and that they're in the drawer. I didn't ask her what is the price of the coils. She replied with I don't know I just started working here you'll have to wait till I bring it up. I told her never mind I'm going to leave. I just moved into the area, and as a vaper I was hoping there was a nice shop around the area. Turns out there was. The staff was very friendly. The hardware selection didn't have some of my favorites, but you won't walk out of there with garbage. They sell quality products. Then there's their e-liquid. They have a fantastic selection. Love the Staff!! Very helpful and they always remember you!!! So many house flavors and brands. They have great prices too!! It is a rustic lounge feel with plenty of room to sit and relax. They also allow you to sample any flavor!!!!!! Because of this there is no refunds on e juice but I feel that is more then fair!! Great place to get your juice and vapor needs!!! Staff helps you set up everything and tells you how to use your vaporizer. Also they always help find ways to trouble shoot issues and save me $$ with my box thing!!! read more

I am so happy this store opened here in Fountain. Everyone has been very helpful and knowledgeable. They have fulfilled all my vapor request and even suggested some that I didn't think of. I find them to be an asset to Fountain. My husband and I stop in there at least once a month. As for the key card, I carry it in my wallet and use it every time we are in there. read more

Bought a Wismec rx75 two weeks ago. The juice i use tasted terrible. Bought a different tank and atomizers from the store. Didn't solve the problem. James helped me troubleshoot and determined that I needed 1.8 atomizers. He was right and this solved the flavor problem. However, I wasted money on a new tank and atomizers when all i really needed was 1.8 atomizers to begin with. Trial and error. Despite all this, the device stopped charging and he refused to warranty the product. He automatically assumed that I broke the charging port. I have another device that charges fine. I have managed not to break it so why assume I broke the new Wismec? Im ok with buying a battery charger but I feel he should have warrantied the product. read more

I thought everything was good. The e-juice is great. Unfortunately, every new e-cigarette I buy doesn't work as well. The employees show you a product and how to use it. The atomizers,after the first one, seem to not work as well. I have bought 3 e-cigarettes from them. I am relatively new to vaping as I recently just quit smoking cigarettes. I didn't know too much about the gear or e-juices to be able to make an educated decision as to what I really wanted for my vaping experience. I asked the staff a lot of questions about nicotine content, PG/VG ratios, etc to see if I could find something that would work for me. I had bought my vaping equipment and juice from another vape shop and the guys at Vapor Source were able to show me how best to get this to work. The e-juice that I had bought at the other vape shop had too high of a nicotine content so it was burning my throat and causing my throat to swell using the equipment that I bought from them. The staff were very friendly and were very open to my questions. I did not feel uncomfortable at all or get the feeling that the salesman was just pushing me to hurry up and buy something. After a through discussion with the salesman, he pointed me towards the right e-juice as well as the correct setup for the equipment that I already had. Stopped in to buy a couple of vapor items. The guy helping us was knowledgable and everything was going good. Until check out had a guy intervened and I walked out on over $200 worth of products. They want you to keep a key chain tag to receive your "club" membership and offers. They took all my personal information, and according to this person, they cannot look up your info with all the personal info they take... Not by phone number or email. First of all I don't have a key chain I only carry a key fob so that wouldn't work... So I didn't mind because the amount of money we were spending I was going to get a $20 store credit. I was the way they kept trying to get you to "always carry" their stupid key chain tag to show off their company info... Hello your the closest place in fountain to us that live here. I don't need to advertise for you when we live in 21st century. If you need to gather all my personal info like phone and email, you can send me stuff via email and have my phone number to do what exactly? Sell it? But be able to look me up in your system? BS! Go down the street to another vapor shop... They don't need to sell your info and FYI they wear cloths that fit..! Dude was wearing a shirt 3 times too small for his figure. read more
