Since I couldn't get inside, I went next door to the liquor store and purchased my wraps there instead. As I was leaving, the owner came outside and asked if the vehicle was mine. I told him I had tried to shop there but no one answered. Instead of apologizing or explaining the delay, he told me he had friends with the state police, that I was going to be "in big trouble" for parking there, and began taking pictures of me and my vehicle. I explained that I had been trying to patronize his business and had only parked there because I was attempting to shop. He continued yelling that I should have been more patient even as I got into my car and drove away. The interaction was unnecessarily hostile and intimidating. I also noticed he repeatedly sniffed and had very wide eyes during the encounter, but I can't speak to the reason for that. Based on my experience, I won't be returning.
