dont expect service to be consistent. i was in a month ago, very nice lady, attentive, wanting to help. i walked in today, apparently i interrupted them in the back office. got the same treatment of "thanks for interrupting us". regardless of service, they have what you need. just expect to feel like you need to leave asap. read more

I give two stars, not horrible but not good either. Where should I start maybe the prices... the store hours.... Issuing wrong parts for vapes. So I bought two disposable Hydes 4500 puff They were 35$ each! I've gone to many vape locations and the absolute most I've spent on these exact ones is 25$ they didn't last 4500 puffs even after charging they kept leaking but I'm out 70$ Who opens their store at 11? That's just being lazy. I'd rather take my loss and drive an extra 20 mins to shop elsewhere Sorry guys do better read more

If you vape you should come here. Even if you don't vape you should come here. Owner has more than 10+ years of experience. He will take as much time as you need to help you customize your mod/vape to your requirements. I know, I asked a lot of dumb question (I'm sure). I NEVER felt rushed. The co workers were also great, I'm a little iffy on the one with red hair . No she was great too. I honest to God broke my new mod on my first day with it. Came back the next day and Chris (the owner) fixed it. He took a part of his own vape (making his no longer work) and replaced it with my broken part!! It was as good as new and more than I could have asked of him. Did I mention that there e-juice is also stellar!! I have had 3 now and they all rock. You can even test in store to make sure you are not guessing on the flavors. In short I highly recommend. They have a customer for life with me. read more

Chris and Dan went above and beyond today! I broke the tank on my GeekVape Z and within five minutes they installed a new tank and included a band for the tank to help protect it from future close calls! Truly lovely service from lovely people. They made sure everything fit, cleaned the broken glass to make sure there was no danger in me using it right away, and cleaned up the leaking juice from every little piece of the device. She sparkles like the first day I bought her I'm very grateful for their work! read more

Easily the best vape shop in town, with the best house flavors by far. They use the highest quality nicotine which makes all the difference imo. So, when I buy ecig fluid online I get zero nic, and bring it to perfect vape to add the amount of nicotine I want. That way I never end up with that nasty peppery tasting stuff that so many of them use. I'm pretty sure there's no other place in town that will do that. read more

Hands down best vape shop in town. I've been coming here since the shop opened and the staff has always been friendly. They are not pushy at all and they always have the customers best interest in mind. Whether you are a novice at vaping or an expert they have something for you. The prices and selection are great. And don't get me started on the house juice, AMAZING! The atmosphere in the shop is unlike any other vape shop. They are very military friendly and offer a great military discount. I've gone here for a while and have hung out and spoken with the owners several times and majority of the staff is always so friendly except for one individual. I know he's Hawaiian/Filipino because he asked if I was Samoan (which I am). Every time I go in and he's there we always receive the worst customer service from him. I'm not sure if that's just the way he is but if I ask a question and your immediate response is "I don't know go look" then you're not giving the best customer service. I always have questions about the house juice that they have and I tend to ask the workers which ones they would go with. I've never had an issue with any of the workers except him. I went in on 2/11/17 and asked him if they had a cinnamon flavor juice that he liked or would recommend and his response was literally "Oh I don't know go look" accompanied by a displeasing attitude. I understand that people have bad days but like I've stated earlier that I have gone here for a while and this was absolutely the last straw for me. I'll never return to this shop and will take my business elsewhere solely because of him. Thanks to the other workers who have always given us great customer service but it's that one bad apple that ruins it for the bunch. read more

Purchased a mod with this company. Had problems from day 1. We called to see if he would replace it and he told me no but he would look at it.Took it back the owner took it apart and cleaned it and said there was nothing wrong with it. The tank kept leaking and the mod wouldn't work right. Took it back 2 weeks later because I was still having problems. He said there is nothing wrong with it. So I went to another store and bought a whole new unit. I tried to use the baby beast tank purchased from a perfect vape and got error message saying shorted. Tried it on a friends mod, still said shorted. I took it back Saturday July 1 and my friend and I explained that something is wrong. The owner got very defensive and started cursing at us. I wanted him to replace the defective parts. He said no. I told him try it on your mod. He did, came up with an error message. He then put my tank on another mod and he ended up setting my tank on fire. Said it works so good I can set it on fire, he threw it at us and continued cursing telling us to get the fuck outta his store. Because we called him a crook. He is a VERY PISS POOR businessman. I will NEVER go here again, and neither will any of my friends. read more

My experience: Walked in the door was greeted by the owner Chris and his wife they were busy so I just looked around at product. Once one had a minute they asked me if I needed any help I said no at the time since it was my first time and wanted to get a feel for the place. It was very clean and laid back atmosphere they have a seating area and 2 rebuilding areas for those who can't wait to test their new toys out and Complimentary coffee. Listening to what was going on they both did have a great deal of knowledge of all the items in their store and even things that were not just to help out a fellow vapor. Now to why I gave it a sold rating: Display: like liquor items go from top to bottom, for those who don't know what I mean, it means the good stuff is on top and the stuff that works but decent are on bottom. That how their shop is set up. Price for equipment: I have been to almost all the vape shops in Colorado Springs and I have to say I frequent this one more. Their prices are very competitive but what sets this one apart from the rest is that all their items are authentic, serial numbered, and certificates of authenticity are provided with all their products. Juices: they do have a juice bar and you can drip everything they have its open so there is no waiting and asking to try one. Price for them are about average price for their premium blends about $20 for a 30mm. house blends are cheap there largest size It 120mm for $40 but every week they run a good deal on the house blends. Best part is that they can be customized to your liking want extra cream in your juice you got it want a hard strawberry yogurt it's yours. What won me over: one day I went in and looked at an RDA it was the mutation V3, I was rebuilding on it at the store Chris notices one of my batteries was losing its wrapping. Without me saying anything he snatched it up and said this was not safe, and took the wrapping off and redid it for me for a price but no price is too high when the shop owner is looking out for customer's wellbeing. read more

I had a really great experience at A Perfect Vape! I am a first time vaper and am doing so to quit cigs. Chris, the owner, is EXTREMELY knowledgable and informative. The mod I am using is one that he himself was using personally so that gave me confidence in the purchase. He helped me understand the nuances of batteries and tanks which would have been overwhelming without his assistance!!! The in house flavors are also worth a try!!! We picked up bottles of the Pink Starburst and ManBearPig (super serial :] ) and are very happy!!! Chris is also a Air Force veteran and really takes care of his fellow service people!!! I have been going there for long time now... compare to other vape store they have the best service... they really care about their products and making sure you get what you want... they are not like most vape store where push the most expensive stuff on you then out the door... they have a very friendly and laid back employees that always answers all my questions... I've experimented with the house juices all around the Springs to save some money and to my dismay, they were all terrible. Until I found A Perfect Vape! I sampled the premium juices they had before trying one of their own, and WOW. The "unicorn vomit" is one of the best flavors I've ever tried. A new fav. Also, the owner is a very cool guy, he's EXTREMELY passionate and opinionated, which shows through his store and products in a unique way. Talked to the owner and staff ordered "That one Thing" Flavor which is the bomb for me. Me being a veteran they took great care of my order and had it here in less than 3 days from Colorado to Alabama. One of the best shops with staff second to none that i have had the privilege of doing business with. Plus they are Veterans supporting Veterans very few businesses do that. well today i called BEFORE i drove all the way there, and was told they dont close till 8 so i drove all the way there to the southside and at 7:20...... i got there just in time to watch them driving off.... thanks for bullsh**ing me and getting me to waste my time , and gas money! i wish i could give you no stars!!! not a good way to treat customers!!!!! i will tell everyone i know at ALL the vape shops and lounges i go to! Customer service always on point! They don't try to sell you something more expensive. They have a variety of juices that they will mix right there in the shop. read more
