Clint is above and beyond in all aspects! Amanda is also an amazing employee with excellent customer service problems. I've seen customers being truly awful and rude to her, and she still does what's right. Up until the point she needs to not let people talk to her like that. I would do the same if someone so ugly and negative just kept hammering into me. Unfortunately those are the people that leave reviews and lie about the situation. I've been going to this store, and only this store, for over 5 years. I even met the owner on Christmas once, he was very pleasant and easy to work with. These guys VALUE return customers! I'm given discounts often because of my loyalty, which is why I've never have been, and never will go, anywhere else. Please be kind to service workers, they aren't there to take your abuse, they are people too, with good and bad days. It's takes nothing to be kind. One customer was upset because they didn't sell cigarettes?? They don't sell cigarettes, but why would they? I imagine people with common sense know to go to any gas station or grocery store for those. Bottom line, first, please be kind to service workers, they are just like everyone else. Second, if you need anything to do with vape shop stuff plus more, there is no greater place. I say that after many trips to many vape shops, and more than once at each place. It surprised me to only find one that actually knew to reward loyal customers. Not to mention they had low prices to start out with! They charge a 'card run' fee and don't tell you about it. It's 4% on top. You would think they would have a sign, or just tell people they are charging them extra instead of being sneaky about it. I saw the extra charge on my account and they said it to me like normal. I know some shops do, but they let you know before charging your card. I don't agree with that kind of shady business ethic. read more

I went in on the 2nd and got two vapes, didnt hit them until after i drove off and realized that one of two was faulty and would proceed to hit on its own after i took a drag. today, the 5th i go in to return the vape and get one that works properly. i find the flavor i like and the vape does the same so i let the gentleman at the counter know of this, he offered to let me try another one but then with an attitude stated "he was losing money" by letting me try the vapes that didnt work in the first place. i ended up leaving with a faulty vape just to satisfy the gentleman and not cause anymore issues. if you are looking for a respectable smoke shop, be sure that the gentleman isnt the person to help your needs as he seems he isnt always in the best mood. the lady with the tattoos is by far a lot more respectful and friendly. if you are going to sell products that dont work theres no reason to be upset when the customer finds a fault! vapes are very well priced and always have deals which might be why they dont always work. read more

This place is a HUGE rip off! The employee we worked with was friendly but definitely deceiving. We got quoted for an eleaf I stick with Arctic tank for $150. The employee tried to sell it as being more "pricey" due to its temperature control with the nickel coils and even said he'll drop the price to $140 if we bought on the spot. Luckily I asked my more seasoned friend; he got the exact set up for me for $50 (eleaf I stick) plus $25 (Arctic tank)---brand new for $75 total. That's half the price of what this shop originally quoted for BEFORE tax. 2 star because this place is well-organized and employees are friendly. Shop around folks! read more

We purchased some coils only to get home and find out they were the wrong ones. We have been going to this location for quite some time. Clint is wonderful to work with. However, today when I took the wrong coils back to exchange I was greeted by Amanda with "What do you want"? That's a very unprofessional way to approach your customer, who remember, helps keeps your doors open. Anytime we go in there and Amanda is working and Clint isn't working she is not friendly. She was also very rude to the customer before me. After I showed her the correct coils and a picture of what I needed, I said can I please compare to make it's the correct coil and she said why? I gave you exactly what the box looks like. I told her I don't another trip back. Any time we walk in and see that Amanda is working I just want to turn around and walk out. I then said "Thank You" and not a word! I said "you know you need some customer service skills" and she started to argue and then said I didn't do anything wrong so just leave! I said you're a snot and a simple " You're welcome" would have been fine. She just laughed. After several complaints they still keep her around, sad.
