Bought 2 vaporizer batteries from another local shop on the recommendation of the employees. 1 lasted about a month. 1 lasted about 1 week. I asked them about returning the devices (I've spent around $150 here in 1 month since I'm relatively new to vaping) and they have a strict no return/exchange policy, according to the person I was speaking with, because its a "tobacco product". I decided to go to Vaporider down the road, and explained that I'm looking for a reliable battery system and explained my issues, and they directed me towards a vaporizer that has actually worked AND because they knew I was concerned with the issues I had from my previous 2 items, said that I was free to return the device within 30 days if it did not live up to my standards. Hi Everyone Visited Vaporider Sugarland for the first time yesterday. New to vaping and this location was highly recommended. Cozy establishment with room to hang out for a while and be comfortable. Awesome place to hang out with friends, vape, chat, shoot some pool. There are tons of selections to choose from in hardware and liquids. The owners/management are very nice people. This Vape shop is absolutely Beautiful. The selection of vape liquid is so huge. Just way too many to name. I have 4 mods all of them bought from this shop. Just got a penguin and it is fabulous. This is a great store and the staff is super helpful and knowledgeable. Debbie has helped me the last few times I have been in the shop, and she's a model employee and representative of the company.
