One small but annoying thing--while I do have VC points, they never ask for them at checkout. If I don't remember to bring it up myself, those little points just vanish into the ether. Not the end of the world, but if you're running a rewards program, maybe... reward people? Bottom line: convenient and calm, but the customer service could use a shot of espresso--or at least a reminder to ask about points.
