I think their sign in front of the store just shows CBD. Worst customer service ever. I came in to buy Orion Lost Vape replacement pods. I asked for four boxes. The owner came out with four pods and chuckled "I can't sell you all four boxes; I have other customers who also want these". Instead of saying that he just should have said I only have 2 boxes left. I love this vape shop! It's my all time favorite around the whole Stafford, Sugar Land, and Missouri City area. They have super affordable prices. For example: most places sell a pack of JUUL pods for 20+ dollars, but I get them here at Wild West for $17.99. Not much cheaper, but they do the best they can! They supply so many different brands of juices, but I'm very happy they have an abundance with an all time classic Naked line. Their house juices are actually really good, too! I used to buy them all of the time, but I go back and forward between the two. Most importantly, the people who work here have this southern hospitality and give a comforting feel that goes along with the atmosphere of their shop. There's a couch for lounging, a TV to watch, and even better... there's a bird that hangs out with everyone in the shop! Occasionally they will bring in their cute doggos, too. They have their own farm where they live and sometimes they sell the eggs their chickens lay -- talk about buying local! I really love this place. I hope it gets the attention and customers it truly deserves. Every one of my friends that I have dragged along with me gets hooked to this vape shop! They supply well reputable devices and take time to look into what they're selling to their customers. No they do not sell paraphernalia for "tobacco" products. It's strictly a vaping kit and accessories shop. The only issue I have with this place is that they close at 7. If they just closed at 8, a mere hour later, they would get more customers because people have settled in their homes after work, maybe ate some dinner, and now have the time to go grab a juice or a new device. read more

I needed to update my review for this place, this is by far one of the top 3 e cig shops in sugar land / Houston area. I recommend *everyone* to go here and quit smoking! Darlene and Tonya are always there ready to help. The prices are unbeatable by far. The e juice is always amazing. Great business and great people. Best customer service at any company period!! Great products! Great location!!! They truly care about their product and there customers. Unfortunately tonight the male employee/owner was trying to help me; however, whatever transpired he used profanity..... I didn't. I grew up in this neighborhood and live in this neighborhood. I love that place and still do even though in my opinion I had a horrible experience tonight. My opinion is we both didn't act appropriate at times tonight. Let's say hypothetically I was completely wrong; he is the owner....I am the customer. I do not want to just talk bad about the place. I spent $125 tonight and all I want is to have a civil conversation with the personable other business owner whom has never made me feel the way I do now. The establishment closes at 7 pm and there were customers coming in and out and every time he was assisting me he went to the next customer.... I guess my purchase was already made. I look forward to getting back on the right page With this organization/people I thought were close to friends... I had relied on this place for years but lately they have gone completely downhill. Their house liquid is simply un-vapable. Maybe if you rely on them for hardware or pre-made liquids, they're worth a shot. Their hardware prices are OK. But within the last few months their house liquid has become absolute garbage and a complete waste of money. This change seems to have coincided with the change in personnel. read more

I can't even begin to tell you how great this store is. I heaped praise on another review that's a little bit older, and I have to heap praise in this review as well, but I will first state that Wild West ECIG is hands down the best ecig store in Sugar Land, the best one in Houston, and when I was in Oklahoma, I couldn't find an Ecig store between Tulsa and Skiatook that could even rival Wild West. The staff that owns and operates the store are very knowledgeable, very courteous, and even when it's really busy, they will have you in an out within 15 minutes. They have a very good selection of Ecig batteries and coils, and they have very competitive pricing. I've been to other ecig stores in Houston and Sugar Land, and the atmosphere almost comes across as though the employee is doing you the biggest favor in the world by doing their jobs. This simply is not the case with Wild West Ecig- in fact, they are always eager to help, and they've gone above and beyond for me in the past with little things as well as some bigger things. About 2 weeks ago, I broke the glass on my Kanger Aerotank Mini and I couldn't find a rubber o-ring to replace the original, but one of the ladies who works there looked in the back, found another Aero Tank mini that had stripped threads, and she allowed me to borrow a few tools and gave me the needed o-rings from the defective tank so that I wouldn't break my new glass replacement. I'm a regular and felt bad for asking, but the lady was so nice about it and saved me 35 bucks solely by being kind. They have a great reward system as well- you get a card or Keychain that is similar to a supermarket card that accrues points, and I've earned 20 ml worth of ecig juice and spent well under 100 bucks for that perk. Their reward system can be used in real time, because you will receive a text on your smartphone alerting you as to what rewards you have. Last week, I got a lucky "buy one 20 ml of ecig juice and get the second for half off, expires in 2 days." The text notifications are not invasive, and I have not been getting random telemarketer calls which means that Wild West ecig is not selling your information to 3rd parties. Did I mention that they also have a pair of tamarin monkeys and a Macaw? I'll wrap up my review by saying that Wild West Ecig is a very welcoming store, the selection is really good; you have a ton of variety from 15 to 150 dollars, the ladies who run the store are very professional, accommodating and upbeat. I would recommend this store over ANY ecig store to my friends, and there are batteries and tanks for most people's vaping needs. I rarely favor one place of its kind over another, but this store is definitely one of my exceptions. They've exceeded my expectations so many times and have worked with me when the need arose. The ONLY times I've ever gone to another place (in Houston) was due to emergency and I was underwhelmed by the other ecig stores. The air in the other places came across as smug, elitist, and annoyed. At Wild West, totally different story and I've never, not once, had a bad interaction with the staff at Wild West and I'm not a very easy person to get along with. At the end of the day- I wouldn't advise frequenting any other ecig store. I say this solely because Wild West understands how good customer service works, and I walk away a happy camper every time I visit. I also appreciate the fact that they'll work with you and get you the best mod based upon how much you have to spend. The products are presented very nicely, and the ladies who run the store don't try to force sales down your throat or try to up sell you unscrupulously for their own gain. That's a rare trait nowadays. I'll continue to frequent Wild West Ecig, and you should treat yourself to doing the same. You won't regret shopping for ecigs if you go to Wild West.
