Amazing place, I was a novice when it came to vaping when I first visited this shop & they were so patient & knowledgeable with me which made me feel so comfortable. This place also has a customer appreciation barbeque for all if the staff & customers once a year with so many great people & lots of great food. I first stumbled upon this place heading off to Scratch Kitchen and Lounge for dinner. Recently my Kanger Aerotank 2 had broke and I have been having a hard time as an inexperienced vaper finding a replacement online. This place was a godsend as a few days prior I had tried to go to another vape shop on Harlem to discover their hours were terrible. This location was maybe 1 or 2 doors down from SKL and I just happened to wander in. At first, It was a little intimidating seeing the folks with their fancy mods and billowing water vapor but you could tell right away they were super friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. Soon I was at the "bar" area and I was trying a ton of tasters.. I think we tried about 25 different liquids from a bunch of different vendors. My favorite, the red velvet cake, was unfortunately sold out :(, but I tired a lot of different stuff that was gotdamn delicious. The highlights were the oatmeal tobacco which my girlfriend fell in love with, the kiwi strawberry, which had a uniquely clear flavor, and the 2 menthol phillipno desserts. green mango shake, and the bananna menthol one I can't pronounce. The advantage of going into a vape shop rather then buying online is that you can try out a ton of different flavors and also can make absolutely sure that the hardware you are buying fits in your rig. The staff recommended I buy a Kanger Pro-tank 2 for my Itazte MVP and showed me exactly how to fill it, clean it, etc. The price for the Protank 2 was very reasonable, I think it was only about 2$ higher then the MSRP which I was more then willing to fork over for the demonstration. In addition they also filled it with some free oatmeal tobacco liquid. In total, I bought 3 bottles of flavoring for 25$ which was also a great deal. I noticed in the morning that a piece in the kanger protank 2 was crooked, I stopped in and they swapped out the piece happily. They're also open pretty late, which I was thankful for because I work long hours. I will definitely be back, if only for that red velvetly cake goodness. The only way they could make this place better would be to expand on the lounge area with a TV and maybe sell coffee or something like that. The bar could possibly get a little crowded when they're busy. Suffice to say I'm happy to have a new vape shop in Fo-Po! read more

The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell. I asked one of the staff about flavors that make me cough and he said generally citrus flavors can do that. Nice spot. Not too big, not too small, just right. Edwin is a master at building mods. I wish I lived within walking distance to the store. Going to have to rectify that. The only thing they are missing is a juice lab, and maybe a few more mods in the display case. I know they're working on those things. The juice they have in stock is excellent though. They have a Small selection, highly over priced. The owner is very knowledgeable if not a bit of a con man Doesnt carry any standard wiring (insisted on expensive specialty wire) and only a couple rdas or tanks. I felt forced to buy something I didn't even know the price till it went through. Also got rushed out the door. Not welcoming at all. I can't even return things I didn't want because I was asked "are you still here?" Before I could ask for a receipt. Overall, very knowledgeable but they also plan to make as much money off of you as possible while sweeping you out the door. read more

I went here because my friend recommended me to this shop. It's has a great atmosphere and the people are nice and helpful. THE DOWNSIDE sadly is that i bought a RDA and asked if it was authentic or none and I was told it was. (Sidenote- I was tired from work and was not in the right mindset), When i was given the product it came in a brown box with no paperwork that stated it was authentic with a serial or certificate. I wasn't that angry the next day because it still worked just had imperfections in a place or two. So not sure if it was a lie or just misinformation from the employee and didn't know but i digress. read more

I went into this shop for the first time this weekend. They asked me for my I.D. and I gave him my passport. The manager was quick to say that he could not accept it and he needed a "photo I.D.". I explained that a passport is a photo I.D. and showed him the picture. He still would not take it. I have lost my I.D. and have never had my passport turned down as a form of identification at head shops, gas stations etc. He offered to call the owner and I was just standing there waiting for five minutes. Eventually he came back to me to say "I am not trained to look at passport's so I can't accept it". What kind of Idiots work here? Also they barely have anything in stock! Except juice. Good location and I would honestly like to shop here exclusively for juice, but after this I will not be doing that. read more
