DO NOT Use your phone inside or out take pics at ALL . None. Not allowed. I've been here a few times and always find them to have all around good customer service. Good knowledge of their products. However; recently I purchased "DogWalkers" pre rolls. They were completely stale. Oh no. This only happened once. When I returned and mentioned it to the cashier it was a "oh well" response. Mmm . Maybe if she looked me up in the system and saw I've been a customer- there should have been a different and better outcome with that. I can suggest to offer the customer something - "oh well" won't cut it for Long Term Stability in the market. But clean place and a large selection for an Illinois based dispensary . This is located on the West side of street on Harlem, South of 26th Street. In a very busy area. Riverside is a historical city with a wonderful and charming downtown areas. Lots to see around here. this dispensary is absolutely terrible. I thought I called in and had stated I am medical patient and was checking if they only sell recreational. Whoever was on the phone then stated that they sell medical after that maybe 30 minutes later I had came to their location talked to the person at the front desk when I was then told they do accept medical, but they're not accepting me because I was under age (19), even though I am an valid medical patient in the state of illinois the man at the table told me it was his first encounter with an underage medical patient and didn't know how to do it their for just decided to refuse me business. complete waste of my time. I do not recommend terrible team!! why have your license to sell to medical patients if your not going to sell ?! read more

Service is mid. I've been here a handful of times and the vibe is always low energy and off ... some workers are great and others are eh. I typically buy pre rolls here and about 4 of 10 visits I receive a faulty joint that is packed incorrectly or falling apart , i understand on thc you can't refund or exchange so I just count my losses on that but its happen enough here for me to not prioritize this place as a customer . My last visit today though I was given pre rolls that are expired , they were harvested over a year ago and even have a use by date on them that has passed. They tasted pretty shitty and it was enough to decide not to come back to this location. read more

I smoke real weed. Starbuds sell plastic. People at the register are cool but the dispensary is a scam. On the website they'll advertise "weed" saying '26% THC', but when you buy it (you can't look before buying it), the labels will say something like '0.66%THC, 26%THCA'. THCA is not weed, it doesn't make you feel anything, and it's not natural. Starbuds sells low quality HEMP with spray-on synthetic(fake) THC, and advertises it as weed, for weed prices. When I immediately tried to exchange my purchase (respectfully) after seeing that it was THCA, and that it looked nothing like the picture and smelled fake, they say all purchases are final, and tried to sell some made up explanation to make it sound like THCA wasn't any different than THC, when it is. According to US contract law this qualifies as false advertisement and sales fraud. Again the employees seem cool, their just doing their job. But I'll buy a 3.5 from a crakhead before I step foot back in this place. Good luck read more

When they showed me the order, the order confirmation never showed specifics so I was pretty annoyed when I received what I bought. They had recommended everything so I really just wish she would've told me or asked. Also, yes I am aware of the difference. Yes, I understand they convert with heat but I also ordered edibles. And if I'm paying, I should be able to choose what I'm consuming. I've had delta 8,9, THCa, etc. and honestly, could have purchased THCa closer to home. Been a customer there since they opened. It's usually a quick pleasant stop along my usual routine. But it seems they're becoming a victim of their own success. Really good deals here and there, but the online ordering has gotten nightmarish. Orders placed not going through or product SOLD OUT when I get there to pick it up, even after confirmation my order was ready. Then sometimes they try upselling me instead of perhaps giving me an appropriate substitution for not having what they already told me they did. That's shady! To make it even worse, all I get is a lame sounding "sorry" and brushed out the door instead of getting one minute to find another item to get. So much for appreciating loyal customers.
