Trip over themselves to be helpful some days; roll their eyes at you when you walk in on others. The first time i went in there they were super helpful and informative. They led me to a product i liked and talked me through flavors of e-juice. The next time I went in, they seemed impatient that I didn't already know what I wanted. Third time I went in, I upgraded to a minibox. They put it together for me and filled it for me. The next time I went in, the minibox was leaking and I got a mumbled "probably your o rings". nobody even looked at it. One more round with them and they happily replaced the coil to try and fix the leak - and then let me know - for the first time - that if i needed to swap it out, i needed the receipt I'd thrown away 13 days earlier. And then all but called me a liar when i told them that it hadn't been mentioned to me before. So i'm vaping on an expensive piece of junk until i go buy my next one... somewhere else. read more

Yep. Nice shop with lots of gear and juice. The staff were 'hip' youngsters (mostly) who were very helpful and knowledgeable with just the right degree of aloofness. They seemed to have tools and machinery for drilling out holes in RBA's and a nice assortment of liquids. Their in-house Vanilla Custard was a win (especially after steeping for a week)! The staff here are great, except for this one guy i tend to try and avoid, he dresses like Carlton (sorry its the only way i could easily describe him), stay away from him!! I've gone to this place longer than ive noticed him around and when i get stuck with him he constantly talks to you like you dont matter or that he's better than you, muchless looks at you when he speaks. Contrary to what others have commented, rudely might I add, these people are great. They are incredibly helpful and willing to work with you. In my experience they are always willing to lend a helping hand and teach you anything you want or need to know about the products they sell. For anyone who really wants to quit smoking I highly recommend coming to Vapors Inn. Their knowledge of products is incredible. They will teach you how to use the device that has been selected. They will help you make the right selection in device and liquid. I have been to other 'vapor' shops and the level of service has always been lacking. Just went into Vapors Inn to replace a pack of coils I bought there last week that were the wrong size. The "Sales Dude" told me they don't do refunds or exchanges, even though I bought these coils with a credit card. Never, ever do business with these idiots. Two different "Sales Dudes" looked at my tank and agreed that the coils they were selling me were the correct ones. Both of these morons were wrong. I cannot express what a stupid, terrible idea it is to shop for vape products at this store. Also, their house juice all tastes like childrens medicine and Republican ideology, mixed in an old bowl that was previously used as a catch basin for chicken shit. Make this place close. I have been to at least 25-30 vape shops (I travel for work) this one is so great. If patience is a virtue they need a virtue badge at the door. I hung out for a while to kill time and they way they treat their customers is beyond wonderful! They also employee who I have recently learned to be the VAPE MASTER of the south, Matt G. There is no question this man does not know when it comes to vaping or repairing even the most complex vaping gear. Their house line reminds me of a premium line. Vapors Inn has a huge variety of e-cigerettes. I purchased a basic e-cigerette from here and quite smoking. They make their liquid and have a lab that makes their speciality blends. They are located on veterans in a very convenient stripmall. I do think their coils are a little overpriced compared to other vapor stores. Also, they do not have any loyalty program as most other vapor stores do. However, they are open on Sunday which is unique and they have great customer service. read more

I had a bad experience the first couple of times I went in with the sale person not being attentive at all to my needs, however I sent them a PM on Facebook and was answered in few minutes. Was advised to see Vinny or the other owner when I went back.. I did give it a try & I must say that Vinny was extremely helpful , gave me complete attention and answered all my questions.. I ended up getting an entire new system with juice that was right for me. It's a shame but I find that the you younger , other sales people are just attentive if they know you.. Great products & decent juice. just have to train the staff people to be more concerned with each individual customer & not just the ones they want to be. Talked to so many people with same issue.. Used to be a great vape shop now they have a tiny selection of crap mods no premium liquids and they're house liquids are outrageously priced...they have 60 ml for 40 bucks...you can go down the street and to esmoke vapors and get a huge selection of top of the line mods premium e liquid and you can get a premium for like 25...vapors inns only selling point is their tasty house eliquids but they are gonna go out of business if they don't lower their prices and get better merchandise...they lost me as a customer read more

This place is great. I've gone here a couple of times with a friend who really likes this place. they do drilling services for you RDAs and also help you set it up. They also help you set up the cheaper models. The people here are very friendly and knowledgeable. I'd definitely recommend and visit this place often when I'm in town. Awesome customer service to say the least. I walked in while the staff was eating lunch and told them I was totally new to vaping and knew basically nothing. With a smile they showed me exactly what I was looking for. I got a half hour tutorial on every aspect of their products. They answered all of my dumb questions with the utmost respect and didn't make me feel like the beginner vaper that I am. i find that this place got a good bit better several months after i originally went there, as far as the employees go. i actually talked to one of the owners, i think, and she was really nice. i didn't get my actual device from them, but i like going to them for the liquid because they have such an enormous, diverse selection. one of my favorites from them is the pink lemonade. it's all i vaped for a good while before finally branching out a bit. it's a great location right smack dab in the middle of metairie across from clearview mall. the prices are about average, based on my experience with a handful of other shops. i definitely recommend this shop. it's not my overall favorite shop, but like i said, the liquid selection (house made flavors) is really great! read more

The first time I went in, I was completely new at this and was helped by an extremely nice and thorough employee. Second time, I went in just to grab some juice. different employee, very rude and acted as if I was bothering him by being there. I got home, and one juice tasted like nothing but stale air. I figured it was just me, and went in today to pick some different flavor up. I explained what happened, not complaining at all, just asked if the girl could try it and see if it was just me. She did something completely unexpected and gave me a whole new bottle, no questions asked. Did not want the unused portion back. Let me first state that I've been here several times prior and overall it was a decent experience, but this last visit was enough for me to rate it one star (another thing I'll give them is that they have great juice flavors). As previous reviews have stated, the employees are the issue here. When I first bought my vape, I had a great employee tend to me that answered every question I had and provided great customer service, so you can imagine my surprise when I returned about two weeks later to ask about a few problems it was having and had the rudest employee. They probably fired the good employee that helped me since his attitude was great, and obviously a good attitude isn't welcome here. My vape has been having leaking and spitting issues, which is what I wanted to ask about, along with buying more juice. My boyfriend was the one that actually asked the questions because I have pretty bad social anxiety. For every question we had, the employee rolled his eyes and acted annoyed by our presence. I should've expected as much since he was a fedora-wearing douche whose life revolves around vaping and expects you to know every single aspect of the activity that most just do as a pleasant pastime. He asked us the viscosity of the juice we were using. We didn't know because we never specified a viscosity when buying. In the past, when buying juice, all we were asked to specify was the flavor we wanted and the nicotine levels, and that was it. He proceeded to explain, with more attitude and eye-rolling, that we probably needed a higher viscosity but he didn't know for sure. If you're going to give me attitude, at least know what you're talking about. He didn't help us at all. In fact, after nagging and complaining our ears off about us not knowing the viscosity level and saying that we needed at least 80, he STILL gave us a level 60 viscosity juice! Tell me, what was the point of all of that SALT when you're not even going to give the customer what they supposedly need? Oh, and one of my favorite quotes was the following: Us: "We don't know the viscosity; we just use your home made juice and that's all we've ever used." Fedora Douche: "It's not HOME MADE, but we make it here." Would that not make it home made? Lmao. His holier than thou attitude really made me want to talk to the manager or someone higher up, but I figured it wouldn't do much since two other employees were just sitting there watching the whole thing unfold and they did nothing to help. Listen, take my advice: NOT ALL OF YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE GOING TO KNOW EVERY SINGLE ASPECT OF VAPING. We're not supposed to be the experts, YOU ARE. Don't act annoyed when customers ask you questions or when you're asked to do your job. So sorry that not everyone's lives revolve around vaping and that some just like to do it as a pastime! WOW, who would have thought that someone didn't have to be an expert on something to partake in it? read more

I can not begin to express my disappointment in this shop. First let me say it is a really nice shop with a nice selection of wares BUT the staff seemed annoyed that they had to wait on customers when the store was completely void of any other people. I ask to sample a couple flavors and the tester was not hitting properly and making no vapor so I was getting no flavor at all and the lady told me it was hitting fine and seemed put off by me. At that point I ask for my usual flavor as I was out of juice and ask for a flavor bump. Then came the sticker shock $36.00 for a 5 pack of dual coil wicks and a 30ml bottle of juice!!!! I was charged $20.00 for "custom juice" for a flavor bump that I have never been charged for at any other vape shop I have ever been to or ordered from. Sadly this store is close to my house and I will be driving into the city for my supplies Smokecignals has better service and better prices. Won't be back and won't recommend. read more
