Full disclosure, I don't vape. I think it's one of the most ridiculous things I've every seen (Gents, this means YOU). Concurrently, there is NOTHING more grose than smoking. If vaping helps someone quit smoking...cool! If you just start vaping...judgy! Anyway, it was going to be nasty rainy gray all weekend. I was a few doors down at Old Hag's Pizza picking up an order so I could shut in for the weekend. I arrived to find a work crew deep into some type of sidewalk project between VaporScape & Old Hag's....in the nasty rainy gray. The owner of VaporScape was in Old Hag's ordering pizza for the work crew that had been at it all afternoon, in the rain, without a break. Human Being Thumbs Up! A lady & her little girl were also in Old Hag's. The little girl needed to use the restroom. The mother asked if Old Hag's had a restroom. They said No & pointed to a sign that read No Public Restrooms. (C'mon. It's a little girl) The owner of VaporScape wasn't having it. He let the lady know he owned the business on the corner & she could follow him down and use their restroom. Human Being Double Thumbs Up!! As I left with my food, I checked out VaporScape from outside. CLEAN and a ton of selections well-presented with an apothecary feel. I am huge on choosing small businesses with which I vibe. They don't have to be everyone's favorite, but they must be human beings with the character attributes of the owner if VaporScape. read more

My review from google keeps getting deleted because the owner knows he was in the wrong. I was trying to buy a new vape. When I found the one I wanted, I tried to negotiate on an oil. Everything was very pleasant. As soon as I negotiated, the salesman flipped a switch. Stated to get the F*** out of his store or he would throw me out. I almost thought it was a joke. He was extremely serious, got in my face and said look at the camera. You committed a felony. This guy thinks if they give out free/discounted juice, it's a felony. He flipped me off and kicked me out. I apologized for the miscommunication and he continued with his aggressive behavior chasing me out of the store. He came out of the store and flipped me off again. This was crazy because everyone was getting along. I was extremely nice the whole time. I didn't deserve this. read more

This was our first time here and highly recommend it. Needed some juice at the last minute and decided to stop by before the show at the Kessler. Turns out that they close at 7pm and we got there at 7:05pm. They unlocked the door and let us in. We didn't even ask them to. I'm very peculiar about the juice I like, but this place is every bit as good, if not better, than what I normally get. Now if they'd only expand here to Ft Worth. So, I was recently in the area and decided to stop by this store to try some new flavors. I was talking to Tocie ( I Think that's how you spell it) about my atomizer, and he found a unit that would be better for my needs. He walked me through how to change the battery and the coils and showed me everything I needed to know. In my excitement to use my new device, I walked out of the store without my battery charger. I didn't even realize it until the next day when I wanted to charge my battery. I called the store and told them what happened. They took down my address and information and mailed me a battery charger. The next day I got an email that it was on the way. They sent it overnight priority, eating the fees themselves. I got my battery charger delivered to my home the day after that. It is things like this that keep me coming back to a store and especially frequenting small businesses. That one small act of kindness and customer service is the reason that I give my money to local businesses. Right now, pretty much all of the vapor shops are small, locally owned businesses, by young entrepreneurs. I am happy to be even a small part of this growing trend that is helping so many people quit smoking after years and years of a damaging habit. read more

Decided to come here because it's the closes Vape shop to me. The have great flavors, the place is nice and clean and well organized, the people there are awesome. This place is perfect for beginners or not. Also, they mix up their own flavors which is great. Love the bar theme with the menus. They let you sample out the flavors which is always a plus for me. Been shopping here as long as I've been vaping. Moved 3 times and still drive here, because most places dont know what they're selling, but these guys know everything about everything. I have to update my review. This is a great store for juice, but do not buy hardware here if you don't know standard pricing. Most if not all their hardware is priced 1.5-2x retail pricing. They tried to sell me a Kanger Kbox for $70+, no battery, no charger, just the mod. These sell for $26 avg online, $40 retail. This rubs me the wrong way, so I'll stay away from their hardware and stick to the juice. read more

The cashier was helping a customer, and the owner was talking to someone about how the "vape scene" in California is soooo much better and how to build a successful vape business. I've been passing by this place for a number of months now, always thought about stopping in and checking it out and finally today I did. And I'm really really glad I did. This place is phenomenal, Kevin the mixologist at this location is an evil mad scientist genius - the evil. A true vape apothecary just minutes from Bishop Arts. Their custom flavors are great (I get The Continental, a blend of tobacco, jasmine and tangerine, I believe) and they will mix whatever flavor you want, at whatever nicotine level you need. Their selection of starter and advanced vape hardware (mods, tanks, etc) is very good (though not great) as well. Last time I was there (last week), they were remodeling and moving away from a head/tobacco shop feel to a counter more reminiscent of custom perfumeries I've been to. I love this place. They are one of the few shops to still mix their own liquid, which allows for endless customization. You can choose your PG/VG blend, pick your flavor from a menu 15 recommended house blends or build your own flavor by mixing any of the 50-60ish individual flavors they have in house. In addition, customer service is top notch. Shout out to Kevin for always providing excellent customer service, and being patient and helpful in providing in depth answers to any questions I've had about specific devices or flavors. I've never had a bad experience with any of the employees - everyone has always been welcoming, courteous, patient, and knowledgeable. They always take their time in walking you through any processes you may be curious about. They will give you their expert opinion on any of their equipment, and they'll offer tips if you ever have any trouble. Even if you buy something and later regret it, they'll work with you on a return or replacement. They don't have a HUGE selection as far as devices go, but they do have a decent range of brands and models. Also, they are always working toward increasing their selection and their new location has much more shelf space for expansion. Overall, this is my absolute favorite shop for juice and top shelf customer service. I moved to Fort Worth close to a year ago, and I still make the trek out to Oak Cliff whenever I need to restock. read more

Vaporscape was the very first vape shop I ever visited. Ken was more than helpful as I picked out my start kit. At the time I was spending a lot of time in the hospital with an ill family member and my mother suggested vaping for my Aunt who was spending 24/7 at the hospital. Ken was great enough to split up a kit so that we could tell the difference as well as helped me find her a flavor and I was already hooked on Metro! It is by far my favorite flavor and even though now I have been to tons of vapor shops and even learned to shop on line for some items as the guys at Vaporscape have taught me how to rebuild tanks etc. Since that visit to the one I made last week they now are using Kanger beginner sets which I think are amazing once you get a hang of the upside down filling. They also have a few mod's and since I am still learning things this will be the job that I got to when it's time for the big move to a Mod. The last thing is they have already started a loyalty program which is great for people like me who might not be there once a week but come in for what we like and it all builds to some free stuff. The only negative is that because I am someone who likes one of their more complicated blends I have left with something that doesn't taste exactly metro. I am hoping by the time they bring everything up online this problem will be resolved because I live 25 miles one way from the shop. Lastly, they are open on Monday unlike most vape shops which means that after a long weekend in which you've shared all you stuff they are open to help take care of it. I would recommend Vaporscape, but I would warn to also be careful in to learn everyone's name. That has helped me with making sure someone I trust to mix up my Metro! Don't mess with a girl who only Vapes METRO! That being said I wasn't warned of a much needed flavor needed to make the only mix I vape and 3 days later when I cracked the bottle I was floored. I called up the shop to advise that while my fav guy in the shop made the Metro is just wasn't "my" METRO! Michael apologized as no one told me the missing flavor was being subbed and offered to ship me not only the two bottles I bought a 3rd for the hastle. I am not a great Vapor because METRO is the only flavor I dig and by dig mean am obsessed with! Once again these guys prove while their shop isn't huge they are giving great service, great products and not just selling vape supplies but even running you tube and educational others to teach new vapors the tricks of the trade. I'm giving these guys a four because they rock. They allow u to bring ur dog in. U can pick pg vs vg ratio and they can hit any nic level you want. Selection on mods and tank isn't real extensive and what they have is markedly more expensive then other shops. The juice alone is 18.50 for a thirty mil bottle. That's about 4 bucks higher than I'm used to. If ur willing to spend alittle more come in and meet the guys. And if ur in the cliff....not like u have many choices!! read more

Had to update my review after I noticed a change in the product. They guys there are still great and helpful and I had been a faithful customer for a long time, since they just started out and saw their shop's transformation. One day I noticed that my tank was get brown after half a day of use. Nothing had changed - same equipment, same voltage. At first I thought it was a bad batch of kanger atomizer, but after going through 12 of them in 2 weeks, I started to do some experiments. I bought another juice that I had a great experience with in the past and no issues. I put in the vaporscape juice, and sure enough, it browned and cruded up my head. I double checked this with my much coils and same result. Fine with other juices, bad results with vapescape. When I asked them about it, if they changed the formula or if something was different, they said no. Not saying they were lying, but it was evident their juice was ruining my coils. Stopped going there and now I have 40 dollars worth of juice that are useless. I use it when my other are out and am in between orders, but it really messes up my builds. I have to clean them all out and rebuild every time I use it and it really ticks me off. Needless to say, I no longer go there. Great guys, no so great product. I wonder if they tried to cheap out. read more

As soon as I walked in I noticed that their employees were vaping which is a great sign because that means that they actually know what their talking about and selling. Just as walked in their friendly staff greeted me and asked me if I needed any help. I just wanted to try some new flavors, So they handed me a Battery and I tried allot of good ones. Their Favors are sampled through a clearomizer, and I wanted my juice for a dripper, They were kind enough to let me try it out on my dripper, The flavor was awsome I loved it. They have like a Flavor station on one side of the wall where you could basically grab your own mouth piece and try all the flavors on the wall. They can also create your own custom flavor, with how much ever PG, VG, or Nic you want. They also have a huge inventory of everything, They have clearomizers, RDA's, Batteries, Drip tips, O-rings for rebuild-able atomizers, Ect. . . The staff is very knowledgeable and definatly knows vaping. For all you RDA users, they have awesome VG juice! read more
