Dr. Howell is great. Been experiencing back and neck pain for years. They are gentle and their adjustments are great. I feel much better.

I will admit I was skeptical going into the process. I was seeing a chiropractor regularly, I had…read moregone to a massage therapist who would leave me about in tears trying to release the knots in my back. I'd even been checked for arthritis at one point, but the truth of the matters were my muscles were just always tight. Chiropractors said I was like adjusting a board. So I thought why not try acupuncture plenty of people swear by it. I didn't want anything spiritual I just wanted to feel better. I did not expect to feel relief the 1st time I went. I am not a needle person, so I was not sure I could handle it but I also have made real sure I don't see the needles. If you want to know if it feels good - I wouldn't go that far but I find myself falling asleep on the table regularly. One thing I appreciate about this practice is that the focus is on the people - get better so you can come less often. How often do you have someone tell you that? I hurt less, my range of motion is much improved. I am a believer, if you want to try acupuncture with someone who is going to really focus on improving your condition you should come here. He does a lot with Veterans so he knows body traumas does wants you to improve.

About a month ago I needed a chiropractor and didn't want to drive to Cary to see the one I usually…read morego to, so I went here. Weird how they do the adjustments out in the open, right in front of everyone. They give you a sales pitch and it's the same one they give everyone. You need to come on a regular basis, they give you some "free" visits when you sign up for their monthly package. I fell for it. The issue is, while the adjustment was ok (not nearly as good as my usual chiropractor), the wait to be seen is FOREVER!!!!! After the first adjustment, I never got another one because the wait was too long for me each time, so I cancelled the membership. My husband started going there when they first opened and ended up cancelling his membership because the wait got so long. It's like they just took on more people than they could handle and didn't care that most people don't have the time to wait so long to be seen.

My whole family and I have been going to this chiropractic facility/ have been seeing Dr. Charise…read moreand her staff for several months now. She not only adjust my husband and I, but also my seven-month-old, and most recently my two-year-old. My husband and I have both felt more relief then we have getting adjustments at previous chiropractic settings. You may or may not have to wait a few minutes, but it's worth it b/c the doctor takes her time with you and really finds and heals troubled areas. This staff could not be any friendlier and more pleasant to see and work with. I recommend this practice to anyone looking for chiropractic care for themselves or their children.

This place is a joke and I will never go here again. There is only one NP and one MA in the office…read moreand the MAA works as slow as a snail. She has no attention to detail and will forgot what you told her about 15 seconds later. They are not prompt and are often unresponsive to where you have to keep calling them. I had to contact the office using phone, email, and text about 15x (not even joking) for the medical assistant to email me my lab results. This is after I called her several times and she literally told me that she's working other patient files and will get to mine whenever she gets to it. She also stated she called me and never left a message. What professional medical practice do you know calls and doesn't leave a voicemail or send an email? I'm convinced that the medical assistants skills are limited as she is unable to multitask and speak with patients in a professional manner. Also, the owner of the practice travels back and forth to India and, when you call, you have to leave a message and someone from India will call you back. Half the time, I don't even understand what they are saying. I am disappointed in the NP who never reasoned to follow up with me after sharing my prior experiences with my previous physicians. I do not like going to the dr and found this place on my medical insurance website. This experience has forced me to find another PCP who is actually qualified and am considering filing a complaint with HHS and HIPAA.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a doctors office. The office is closed more…read moreoften than open, and communication is next to non-existent. No one ever answers the phone so I had to leave multiple messages before the call center finally got back to me. The response is by text when and if it ever comes. To top off this stellar service, they tried to bill me 200 dollars for an appointment that didn't exist. This is a scam, if your insurance company assigns them as your primary care, find an in network doctor in an office that operates during regular business hours and has a staff you can speak to who is physically in the location you're making an appointment for.
