We were greeted when we walked in & asked to have a seat while she was checking in someone else. Though the waiting room was full, we got called back pretty quickly. The PA came and did the physical. It took about 5 mins & then another few minutes to get the form. It was quick and painless. I took off a star because the office and seating was dirty and disgusting were we sat. It needs a cleaning in certain areas for sure. We will definitely go back if we ever need another physical...especially for $10.

Also, as required, I uploaded a photo of both sides of my insurance card and my driver's license. I arrived at my appointment only to learn, at the reception desk, that they DON'T accept my insurance after all, even though the system told me several times that I'm "All Set!" for my appointment. Why ask for all that insurance information and then not warn the patient immediately that the insurance won't work? Their incompetence wasted my time and prolonged my suffering.
