They added much needed support underneath and brought posts and a new beam into the kitchen. They also added two layers of underlayment on the floor that make it look and feel so solid. They came out to talk thru the project and discussed options but no hard sell (which I appreciate). They assign a project manager (Blake in my case) to coordinate and keep things on schedule. However, the heroes of the project were Michael + Jonathan who built our fence. The took out the prior fence and checked in with our 96 yr old neighbor that we share the fence with to make sure he approved. He did! The walked me thru the finished fence and even added a "puppy protector" mini fence to keep our dog contained. They were super respectful, kind and FAST. When unsure about choices, she said she would write up the estimate broken down so I could consider my options carefully. She gave me ideas I didn't even consider. I was also looking to get the job done before family event so my deadline was tight. Her estimate came in the next day and was very competitive, and compared to the other bids I had received, we were getting fantastic value. We accepted the offer and her team came out early the following week committed to completing the job before my deadline. The team did a fantastic job, exceeding my expectations. I was particularly impressed with the construction of the three gates I called for. Two side gates were especially attractive, and a double 10 foot gate in the back was very well constructed with 8 inch square pressure treated posts and a steel frame supporting the structure.
