I had several zones not functioning properly, and the technician provided a reasonable window they could head over to look at our system. They gave me notice when they were on their way to perform the work. After performing the diagnosis, they returned two days later with new parts to perform installation and testing. Afterwards, they provided a helpful summary of our system's layout so we now have a much better idea of how to better maintain it moving forward. I had no issues with leaks or faucet being bent prior to that day. Went to setup my pool and it doesn't fit in the area and the leveled area doesn't measure out to the pool measurements. Tried contacting him asking the size of the area he leveled and he just ghosted me. Read my messages and doesn't respond or answer calls.
