They didn't pressure me to fix it right away but did explain and give me a quote for when I can afford to get it done. This sort of care and communication made me feel really good about them doing the work on my system and like I can trust them. In the past I've gone with cheaper people but things always ended up being done wrong and breaking later. His price felt reasonable while still not being too too cheap, and it is worth it for good quality work that even comes with a year warranty!
