They were beyond friendly, and were very attentive when listening to my story. They gave me way more money than I had ever thought I would receive and also offered to have their son-in-law help with the repairs for a lower cost than the dealership would! Not only that but she was able to help me navigate my way around town; she clearly truly cared about helping my family get our car fixed and get back on the road. I'm so glad that our series of unfortunate events allowed me to meet someone so lovely.

Wanted to exchange 2 pairs of pants for a smaller size. They do not honor their return/exchange policy and will look for any loop hole to get out of returning or exchanging your item. Extremely difficult/impossible to return/exchange. Even if their employee gives you false information about being able to return, they will not honor their employees mistake/misinformation. The manager is in on weekdays not weekends but she's just as bad as the employees and does not honor her employees mistakes/exchange policy. If she's not in store they can call her, they did it for me, but she's of no help so don't bother. They lost a returning customer. I will not be back for a second time. As soon as the bar appeared, I swiped and was on the hook for $179. I would have never swiped at $179, but feel duped. I immediately asked for a refund and when I got back to the stream, it was back to buck and go. My request for a cancelation was denied, all sales final. I will not do business with them again. I know show notes state no cancelations, but it's the immediate switch from $1 to $179 is unethical.
