Wanted to exchange 2 pairs of pants for a smaller size. They do not honor their return/exchange policy and will look for any loop hole to get out of returning or exchanging your item. Extremely difficult/impossible to return/exchange. Even if their employee gives you false information about being able to return, they will not honor their employees mistake/misinformation. The manager is in on weekdays not weekends but she's just as bad as the employees and does not honor her employees mistakes/exchange policy. If she's not in store they can call her, they did it for me, but she's of no help so don't bother. They lost a returning customer. I will not be back for a second time. Even though it hadn't come in yet, they kept an eye out for me and then called me the minute it came through the door.
