They replaced door panels and told us that it was covered by the truck owners insurance and today I received a notice in the mail from a collection agency for it??? The truck owner is the one who ordered the panels to start with to replace the ones he had damaged. It seems like their doors don't work at all. Definitely not worth what we paid for them. When it was apparent he couldn't do the work I needed, the sales rep explained why, then gave me the names and numbers of businesses that could. He had nothing to gain from it, but took the time out of his busy day to explain the different kinds of insulation, what I would need in particular and how they are all applied.
