Product and sales staff were good but the installers didn't check the order. There was supposed to…read morebe 2 different sizes of the hard wood flooring. The second size planks were on the bottom of the pile. They put down all the planks in the top boxes. They got to the last 5 boxes and discovered the other size planks. They gave us the option of tearing up the planks that were already set and they would reorder the entire floor or they would just order 5 boxes of the same size that was already down. We went with ordering the same size planks that were already down . It took another 2 -3 weeks to get it. Meanwhile our house was a real mess with furniture from the living room and dining room all over the place. No reparation for their mistake.

What's the proper mast diameter and wire for 200amp service? You installed 1 1/2 inch mast when it should be 2 inch. What gauge wire did you use for the same service? What did you use for ground? Single or double? Go ahead and answer so someone that does know what they're doing can respond? You want to make restitution? You could have came over anytime and done so. You didn't. For everyone else: make sure you are to code and his work actually works before you pay him.

It seemed his preferred method of communication was text message, which was fine until he started taking over a week and multiple attempts at contacts to return a message. Our timeline was discussed at length and clear, however there were days they said they would show up to start the install on our cabinets and no one showed up. These delays caused other contractors to be delayed. After installation, we expected that some things would shift and move as they do with a new construction. When Eric was contacted about a cabinet in our laundry room that was pulling away from the wall, he again did not respond for over a week. Once he did respond, he said the only way he would come look at it, would be for a fee, and this was not covered under a guarantee of workmanship. My husband told him that was ridiculous. Eric then texted my husband calling him a "cheap skate" and that it was not his fault that our walls shifted. My husband then sent him a picture text message showing that the wall is plumb, and without even coming to look at the issue, the next text response was, "a stud shifted, you stupid f@ck. fix it yourself, you oaf. Your as dumb as u look." At no point in time is this an acceptable manner for a 'professional' to communicate. I am very disappointed by not only the customer service, but the quality of craftsmanship also. I would not recommend this company to anyone under any circumstances.
