I work in healthcare so I'm always on my feet and in shoes. When I tell you she spent 45 seconds scrubbing my feet, only to leave with it feeling spikey, has me feeing a type of way. I have never left a nail salon unsatisfied like this. I hate to complain, but I paid 90$ with upgrades. You'd think it would be perfect. My polish also looked like ive been walking in shoes for 5 days. Pretty disappointed to be honest. We stay in town a few times a year, this was supposed to be a girls get away with my friend away from our busy lives, which it was, but we were both feeing dissatisfied after we left. I still had wax on my feet when I put my shoes back on. BUMMER.

I drove 40 mins to come to this appointment. she asked from across the building what i wanted as i called earlier to make sure they had ample time for long gelx with design and they confirmed 'yes', she said i am being "super picky" on what i wanted when it was just a base color with cat eye overlay followed up with an attitude and talking about me to the current lady she was working on. A lady sitting next to a friend i brought, suggested we should leave after an interaction like that and that she also would not be returning after seeing her treat a customer like that. so the owner just literally lost 3 costumers today bc of that interaction.

The owner took me and genuinely rushed through the entire service skipping so many steps, barely did anything really, slapped my feet around, ZERO massage, did a poor job on the toe nails shaping. The polish is ok, the color is cute.. Of the "30 min service" she spent about 3 actual mins working on me and walked around talking to other people and doing other things. I felt so disrespected and taken advantage of. When I went to pay she said "oh I took such good care of you huh?!" Basically dry begging a tip. Which she did not receive. I work service industry and this was well below par. For a $50 gel pedicure, go somewhere else!!! Genuinely the worst pedicure I have ever had.
