They are not staffed properly, if you go tell the front desk about something in the women's bathroom the excuse is that they don't have someone(female) there to fix it... so we leaving the bathroom without being able to wash our hands cause the soap dispensers are empty. Absolutely no toilet seat covers... and you hardly ever see anyone there to clean. On February 1st I called to cancel, they told to do it online. Which I did, nothing happened, they kept charging my account. Needless to say is really frustrating. They keep you going round and round and when I email they would take 2 to 3 days to reply back. But mean while they charged me this amounts in this dates: 2/1 $21.99 - 2/28 $21.99 - 3/28 $71.98 - 4/27 $21.99 for a total of $137.98 and I'v never stepped foot in the gym!!! NEVER. I've been emailing them every month and they just answer me and their best option is refund me two months. This people are a joke! Unprofessional, they're a scam! Not sure what some of the negative reviews are about been a member of this gym since they opened! I even still have the unlimited guest membership. Everything at this gym is super clean, all the employees greet you every-time you walk in and leave, I've never had a bad experience. It's definitely doesn't get super packed here during prime time hours obviously it's best to go around noonish if you can or late at night it's empty. My wife went in once to cancel her membership February of 2020, which didn't work, and she called twice... since then... all with the assurance that her membership was cancelled. And yet they keep charging her monthly and then sending that to their little collection agency who keeps contacting us for "past due" balance. So my wife finally calls the corporate number. They proceed to tell her that she never called because there were no notes about her trying to cancel previously. This gym has been critical in supporting my weight loss! I've been with the gym since they opened and the staff is generally nice. The equipment is usually well maintained and organized when I go in. I'm able to get in, do my workouts and leave. The gym goers here are okay. I've never heard any rude comments or anything of that nature (a normal fear for new people at the gym). I understand why other companies charge a annual fee for services. Like Sam's club, but at least with Sam's club you don't get charged a monthly fee as well. Vasa charges a Monthly fee which is fine but also an annual fee $50 which you have to pay withing 90 days of signing up. What if you decide after 90 days that this is not for you?. Also there is a $25 fee to cancel your Vasa membership. So all in all it's a rip off . read more

I had a membership here for a little under a year. I had to cancel my membership to move and informed them a month ahead of time I was moving but because it wasn't documented, they demanded another months payment and started harrassing phone calls and texts. I told them if they kept harrassing me, I'd take to social media and they indicated they would prefer $20. So here we are. There is also a lot of rif raf at this location. Extremely busy in the evening. They let $10 members use the hot tub and steam room and these people have no etiquette. I would not recommend VASA fitness!! read more

State of the art! This is a great gym and the best gym in Greeley. Their monthly fee is reasonable and the establishment is equipped with everything. They have all the weight machines, free weights, swimming pool, hot tub, steam and dry saunas, racquetball and basketball court, aerobics and spinning classes, and treadmills. They keep everything clean; from the equipment to the locker rooms. The staff here is very nice and friendly too which is a plus. I used to have a membership at Aspire Fitness and was unhappy there. Not enough equipment and trash cans always overflowing. VASA is what that gym is "aspiring" to be! I guess VASA can't win. The mask Karen's will write a review about them not enforcing masks, meanwhile, most members have left for other gyms in town. VASA has a reputation for strict mask enforcement, so much so, that they can't be taken seriously. Employees going around telling members to cover their noses and mouths DURING WORKOUTS was laughable. I'm glad to hear they're not enforcing masks. It's about time. The gym is ok when you are a member there. It's super busy but the equipment is new and nice. HOWEVER.... Be aware when canceling online. They will send you an e-mail saying "we are sorry to see you go..." AFTER you cancel with a link to go to "confirm" your cancellation. I went to the link and filled out their survey...You THINK you have canceled but then they somehow have no record of it. You don't realize that you haven't canceled until your card gets charged again. You call them back and then they tell you you need to give 30 days notice and you can't do it over the phone so you have to pay another month of dues and start the shady online process again. Got to call this place our home gym for almost 2 years and loved everything about it! The only reason we left is because we got relocated to WI for work. Brandon was super helpful with canceling and didn't make us feel guilty for having to do so. The childcare staff is awesome! The classes are all awesome! The staff is always super helpful and professional! The equipment is always well taken care of! The massage beds, tanning, pool, hot tub and sauna are always nice amenities to take advantage of. I love Vasa Fitness. I started my fitness journey July 2018. I was terrified of the gym, stepping foot in the gym, even being around "gym people". I have continued going to Vasa consistently because of the people. Not only is this gym equipped with more than you could possibly imagine, but it is filled with people you truly want to see every day. Ariel from the front desk talked me into the group fitness called "Studio Red". Even though I've been group training for a year now, it still kicks my butt every time I go. The most important factors are cost - which I feel is fair for what they given; and the people. The people who work at Vasa are truly welcoming. Do yourself a favor and schedule meeting one of them. Lena is absolutely amazing, her classes are always full, and her dedication is motivating. Shawn, the head trainer is a beast, but approachable. He pushes me farther than I ever thought I could go, but in a way that you look forward to working with him again. Kara and Jake are also favorites, they are both super athletic and aspiring. Facility looks great - up to date and clean. The staff was very friendly also ... except the guy who appeared to be the manager on duty. (Short skinny guy with dark hair). This guy single handedly ruined my experience to the point where I won't return. I had my little kid with me and went to use the basketball court. No one else was there. But because they have a policy to not let kids in the gym, and the daycare they have closed at 2, he kicked us out. Great companies find ways to make customers have a good experience. This manager found a way to make every solution impossible. I could understand if there were other people in the gym that having a kid in the mix isn't good. After 5 sessions, where I was "stalked" relentlessly through the parking lot for my parking space, I knew that this experience would not be for me. The yoga instructors were quite good, but it wasn't worth the hassle. I have tried to cancel my membership for six months now and cannot get a response from the corporate office. I continue to get harassing phone calls, texts, and emails regarding my "outstanding dues" but will not pay anything until I can get someone to explain why my cancellation attempts (sent via website, email, snail mail) have been ignored. The Gym itself is decent with newer equipment and friendly personnel. However, my wife started some physical therapy sessions but after a point discontinued when she did not benefit further. She informed the personal trainer that she was done assuming that he would inform management but that did not happen. We continued to get credit card charges for additional sessions. We asked the onsite receptionist (Greeley) but she had no authority to do anything and told us to call a number. We did and all that the person would do is cancel future charges and waive cancellation fees but could not reverse already incurred charges even though services were not received for those. So when it comes to contracting additional services, watch out for unfriendly and costly cancellation policies. Moreover, there is a $25 fee if you cancel your regular membership before 6 months is up. read more

Love it! They drain the hot tub every Monday and Friday early morning so I try to plan my visits after noon on those days. I primarily use the pool for my own personal workouts, and have no complaints. I've been a gym rat since high school (10+ years) and have had memberships at many different gyms over the years (24 hr fitness, Aspire fitness, the local rec center where I grew up, CSU rec center, UNC rec center). Vasa blows them all out of the water. The equipment is great. The staff are friendly. It's cheaper than most places, especially considering the amenities they offer. If you work out with friends, you can buy one membership add guest privileges to your membership for $7/month and all your friends can piggy-back off one membership. On their ad and over the phone they fail to tell you that there is a registration fee as well as an annual fee for using the gym. If you do not ask the right questions you will not get the answers you need. I signed up prior to the opening and was excited. I expressed that I use to work out at Planet Fitness before moving to CO with their 19.99 membership I could bring someone with me each time, the guy said it is the same...NOT... We visited once and I questioned it, silly me, due to what I read online about the gym charging a fee. I was informed, that was upon my first visit due to the opening, it will not continue unless I pay an additional fee. The main reason I signed up was for the opportunity to bring someone with me, not that I need it. I refuted the issue and was told, that they would not have told me that...they eventually questioned the guy that signed me up, who by the way, does not do memberships per their manager and staff...said he would not have said that.... I was done! I do not like being lied to nor made out to want something for "free". I canceled...attempted to...about a month later after several emails and going back and forth and going in the gym to speak with the manager...SHISH... If you wish to go to their, go for it! Just know you were warned... 19.99 is not a bad price, the equipment is new yet the staff is not trustworthy and their cancellation policy/protocol/tactics is suspect. There is a Planet Fitness in Loveland with unlimited personal training included for 9.99 and their 19.99 package.
