The used furniture was primarily Hawaiian in style and had been beautifully cleaned, reupholstered, polished and/or repaired. What a selection! I was astounded at the quality and beauty of their furniture. I negotiated a good deal for several pieces, paid cash, and they provided free delivery. I bought living room and dining room furniture, as well as a chest of drawers for one of the bedrooms. To be sure, it was not cheap in either cost or quality, but a good investment compared to other furniture store options/prices. Needless to say, nearly three years later, the pieces are still beautiful, and look and work great. Gary provided excellent customer service, and I would not hesitate to recommend Gray's.

Strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a furniture purchase…read more We dropped by looking for a bedroom dresser on Thursday and saw one that was close to what we needed. We were given a price of $350 which was discounted from the $400 price on the tag. It wasn't a perfect match so we told the salesman we would think about it and look at a couple different local stores. We said we would let him know the next day. We looked around and did find another dresser but held off purchasing until we took another look at the one at Grays. We went back to Grays and took a more detailed look at their dresser and determine that it would work. We were working with the same salesman as the previous day. I inquired again to verify the price given to me the previous day and the same salesman told me the price was now $400. I told him that less than 20 hours again when we talked about the dresser, the price was $350. His response was "yes, but that was yesterday!" Very dishonest! We said thanks for helping us make the decision and we walked out of the store and purchased the dresser from Bamboo and Teak. Which was brand new, a much nicer piece of furniture, and cheaper. Stay clear of Grays and pass the word on about this dishonest practice.
