Cashiers demeanor was very condescending. The receipt made things even more confusing. It shows an amount of $30.81 with a $1.11 "cash discount," making the total $29.70, but there is no itemized breakdown showing what I was actually charged for each pupusa or explaining the additional amount. I don't mind paying higher prices if they're clearly disclosed, but the pricing should be transparent and customers should receive an itemized receipt. At nearly $5 per pupusa, I also expected the food to be much better. Unfortunately, I didn't think the quality justified the price, so I probably won't be returning.

Their conchas are always fresh and consistently well made. I love how balanced the flavor is--not too sweet, with just the right hint of cinnamon that never overpowers the bread.
