I can't eat beef, so that normally would have meant I was out of luck. Instead, they offered to substitute a grilled chicken patty and keep everything else the same. It ended up being absolutely delicious (flavorful, fresh, and clearly made with care). Even through delivery, the overall experience felt thoughtful and accommodating. The communication was kind and solution-oriented, and the food arrived well-packaged and hot. I really appreciated their willingness to work with me, especially since I had my heart set on ordering from them and wasn't sure how to make it work otherwise. Great customer service! Will definitely be ordering again!

Then sweating over the standard beverages the gal at the counter suggested I pick from some of the fresh waters. I picked cucumber water and it was lite and refreshing. Honestly the burger was basic, but great and afterwords I didn't feel all greasy. I will go back next time I'm anywhere near Corpus Christi.

The thin and crispy breading was perfect, with all of the texture you want and not too much flour and/or cornmeal to cover up the delicious seafood. Bonus points for the delicious homemade slaw. My two guests both had burgers, and they looked completely amazing. My food was great and I was still jealous. Will return next time I'm in the area. One small request. We were a party of 15 Guests and were there for a gathering of monthly Birthday celebrations of four Corpus Christi area Friends! We were greeted with a smile and seated promptly as an area was reserved for our party of 15. Our Waitress was "Ashley"! She was Very nice, smiled often, was very patient and extremely efficient in wrangling everyone's order. Ashley had a great attitude and was super in every aspect of her job and with everything she did. As with anything in life, her ability to effectively communicate with her Customers was Stellar. She had minor assistance from other servers and for the most part she handled our party by herself and continued to provide service to other large parties in the same room. WOW! She took our orders in a calm and effective manner and remembered all the tiny details that any table could impose on "Wait" Staff. Her poise, superb ability to communicate effectively and a Wonderful attitude made our stay a memorable one. Mistakes NONE! Complaints; some steaks had gristle on them. Really! That was a very minor issue and all agreed that it did not curb our appetite or spoil our celebration. As a Civilian I have been trained in two Culinary Schools, to include on the job training at other venues. I've successfully managed full service as well as fast food restaurants and have had my own successful Catering business. I have traveled to many places and tasted the many culinary delicacies this world has to offer! As a Culinary Trainer, I have trained personnel on how to provide superb cuisine, effective sales and customer service. At the age of 79, I am now retired and enjoy being on THE OTHER SIDE OF THE APRON.
