He did a very thorough job inspecting the house and he called us that night to discuss it, and even sent us the final report the same day, despite it being late in his time zone. When he called us to discuss it, he took his time explaining his findings and answering our questions. We did not feel rushed at all. He is very friendly and personable and easy to talk to. The report was quite detailed and contained a lot of photos which I appreciated. I felt that I had a much better understanding of the condition of the house and I feel confident proceeding with the purchase. Jason made a potentially stressful experience very easy and smooth.
