Had a bad valve stem try to screw up my weekend plans, but these guys fixed it in 30 minutes, charged me half what I thought it was going to cost (Cadillac parts :( ) and even checked and inflated the other 3 tires. I'm giving this review because I took mercedes sprint Savannah Warren tire is in Johnstown, New York to get new snow tires. When they return my Van, there was scratches and dimage. I immediately reported it to the shop manager. He came out and looked at the damages. And went back inside and look at the cameras. And delete it footage then he came out and called me to go to the office to show me footage. The only footage he showed me was the Van. Taken into the shop, not when the Van came out or not. When they popped it in the parking lot, he stated that they didn't have no cameras that cover that area, which was not true. Tell me to my face that he is not gonna pay for the repairs. I do not recommend the shops in nobody.It is so sad that you take your trusted shops which your vehicle and they damage a vehicle.Then you can hold them responsible for the damages. read more

Moved here a couple of years ago, with our (Honda) cars always being cared for by a well-known shop with a Honda Master Mechanic back where we lived. I asked who to go to out here and he didn't hesitate to say "Warren Tire." He said they're known for being honest and thorough. Got a flat tire on our way to a wedding in Johnstown, NY. At 8am Saturday morning, I called Warren Tire asking if they could fix my flat before 9:30 as the wedding starts at 11 and is more than 1/2 hour away. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone, Matt, was very friendly and encouraged me to come in ASAP. He said he couldn't guarantee it but he's do his best. I got there around 8:25, later than I planned. One there, we discovered that the tire was unrepairable. The plan was to replace the tire. We walked around the car to check the other tires and realized another tire wasn't looking so good - had a bunch of dry rot and a slash in the side. New plan - replace both tires and rotate so both new tires on same axle. This meant pulling off a good tire to rotate correctly. Once inside, I was informed of all the charges so there wouldn't be any surprises. As I waited, they gave me a free coupon for a coffee at the convenience store next door. I watched several other customers come in and each was treated like an old friend... seemed like many were repeat customers. That's always a good sign. In the end, I got 2 new tires and they finished at 9:55. I was very impressed with the customer service (Matt was super friendly) and they really tried hard to get it finished within my short time frame. My wife and I can get to the wedding on time and make our 3.5 hour drive back home on 4 full size tires. read more
