We sat outside, which was first come first serve. It took awhile for anyone to approach us but I was in the restaurant industry for some time so I surely realize it happens for many reasons ! My friend ordered two speciality drinks which we were then told they didn't have the ingredients to make those cocktails...Okay - it happens no problem . We then ordered food from the brunch menu ( also out of the first item we asked for , there are only about 6-7 items on that limited menu). We asked if the regular menu would be available that day and we were told "no not on Sunday's." We proceeded to order and consume the hot honey chicken and waffles( good but not much of a hot honey taste and be aware it's BONE IN chicken), French toast with berries ( delicious ), and the shrimp and grits (made to perfection). I ordered the Texas medicine beverage , which was exquisite! (Tequila cocktail, Pictured). We also had the Petal and Pearl , gin and procecco cocktail ,not pictured but very good as well. After we ate, we moved to the bar to grab one last beverage. Again, it took quite some time for someone to approach us, which was odd because many of the girls were making eye contact but walking by us. Finally a gentleman with curly hair came over to take our orders - thank you. We noticed people at the bar were eating wings and food that was not listed on the brunch menu. When I asked how they ordered that, they said the regular menu starts at 3 on Sundays! We were extremely disappointed our original server did not tell us this nor was enlightened that the menu was released at a later time on Sundays. Concerning. It was nice to sit on a roof top in Pittsburgh on a sunny day. They have the atmosphere done with perfection. The food seemed delectable and the beverages done with beautiful presentations. I really hope to give this place another chance and revise my review !

Located just in the back of Dr. Tumblety's specialty shop (behind a bookcase of course) it boasts Victorian romance, intrigue and mystery with its handsome furnishings and accessories. Everything screams early-1900s. The craft cocktails are next level as is the service. The drinks are curated with house-made spirits. They also have stellar mocktail options. I've been here for cocktail tastings, burlesque shows, and other events.

Walking in here, I was immediately surprised by how small and intimate this venue is. There are a few places to sit here, but it is mostly standing room only. No matter where you are, you are likely no more than 15 feet from the stage. Just a heads up -- there is a slight step when you enter into the venue, so step up and/or over it. I tripped on the slight angled step of the door and slightly stumbled into the venue. There are a lot of local acts that perform here -- many that I am not aware of, and so that may have been what kept me from coming here in the past. I happened to come here for a national act, Ondara, of whom I was actually surprised to see performing in such a small venue. I would definitely come back here again for the right performer/band. The acoustics are wonderful.

Orbis is well known for its dirty chai, so we grabbed an iced dirty chai latte and a vanilla oatmilk latte (our constant to rank the passport cafes). We couldn't resist the display of pastries, so we also grabbed the quiche of the day (chicken & mushroom quiche), an apricot white chocolate oatmeal cookie, and their also well known.. chocolate cinnamon bread pudding. Parking garage underground with elevators that take you to the lobby or your floor. Breakfast is included. Kind of on the small side but still filling. Wish they had better coffee. Their new policy to clean the rooms every other day makes you become creative on where to hang towels and such to dry before their next use. We had a lovely view of a cemetery haha. If you are bored and craving ice cream, there's a Graeter's just three minutes down the road, serving hand dipped ice cream.
